Welcome to the board kbm  and Romylou

Feel free to join the challenge Romylou, just let me know the weight you want to lose between 31st Oct and 25th Dec.. I don't need to know your start and end weights just your weight losses each week.. if you've never done SW before then it may help you to get the official SW pack, could you get to a group at all just once to pick one up? If not, no worries, the first post explains the plan a bit and feel free to ask questions till you get your head around it.

off to Iceland this morning to see if they stock that 5% mince, completely forgot the other day :o walked out with Ben and Jerrys instead :rotfl: need to get the bags of cooked chicken too as I find that handy for lunches.

    Menu for today
B - dippy eggs and soldiers (heb) :D first attempt on my own since my sister showed me how to get them perfect
L - baked pumpkin slices made into pizza type affair (hea)
T - BBQ pork lasagne, salad, pickles (syns for cheese sauce)
    S - crisps (4) milk in tea (2)
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

TIE, I’m another in favour of you seeing your doctor again before going back to work.

    Welcone, kbm and debbiedodge1737.

It’s a big day for the greentiger family. My son manages a football team (Hamilton Acccies WFC) in the Scottish Women’s Premier League 2. It’s the last game of the season and they are 2 points ahead of the chasers. The teams in 2nd and 3rd play each other today. Probably a draw will do, because of their goal difference, so we are all very excited and the whole family is off to the match this afternoon.

You're getting there wiz. neither the meat pie or the mince pie seem to have caught up with you.:)

Hope you have a very successful afternoon greentiger. I'll look out for the score. Go easy on the celebrations;). We play today too.:)

I've just portioned up the Bolognese I made yesterday. One for tomorrow's dinner and 3 for the freezer. Chicken is in the oven so I'll only have veg to cook when we get home. I really enjoy my Sunday roasts but with all these Sunday fixtures because of Europe and the worship of Sky I might need to rethink it. When I worked full time we often had casseroles as I had chores to do.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham, fried veg and pickles
D: roast chicken, roast potatoes carrots and parsnips, cauli, broccoli, red cabbage
Syns: gravy, half Crunchie, weekend wine:)
