I've got a hard time before Christmas - a 3-day work trip involving lots of unhealthy food and alcohol, and a 2-week holiday in the sun, so I am going to struggle. Ideally I would like to STS as I am now by Christmas given that I will go up and down like a yoyo!
Put on 1lb last week after having lost 6, so if I am 5lb down by Christmas I will be happyWhat goes around comes around.....I hope!0 -
Thanks you for all your hard work shala. It really is appreciated by us all and certainly helped me to get to target .
Can I join the other target members in the new challenge- to stay within target range please. I need some extra accountability especially with all the extra food naughties that are around at this time of year .
Have a good weekend everyone.

Ooh I come back from hols and there is a shiny new thread
thanks Shala. Can I go for 12lbs again please?
Well holidays was a total SW nightmare. Sainsburys cocked up our online order, substituted my wholemeal for white, Alpen lights for cereal bars, and gave us mouldy lettuce and tomatoes. I also ate off plan most meals. But it was my holiday so I enjoyed myself. Line drawn, back on plan today but need to go shopping later as fridge is empty. Had a sneaky peek on scales and I've put on 5lbs :O but hoping 2 days on plan (and a bowel movement) will reduce that to 3 on...* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

Hi
longtime lurker here would like to join,
I am attending a group and have lost 2.2.5 stone since middle of August.
so can I go for a 1 stone target please
I am hoping for more but I find it is better for me to underestimate and over achieve rather than setting my hopes too high as then I become demotivated!
So far the lowest weekly loss I have had has been 1/2 a pound (twice) and have never not had a loss. I love reading every ones posts, I find them v motivating :T 0 -
Morning all, welcome newbies :hello:
Well done losers :T and hugs to those in need :A
Wi with .4lb gain which could have been worse as fell of the wagon this week. NOT had a huge appetite but what I did eat was carp. Meds still playing havoc with tum/sleep/temperature
constantly hot which makes me feel faint. Dreading going back to work too!
Going to cinema later to see Jack Reacher so something to look forward too.
Have a good weekend all :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Can I official join please?
I'd like to reach my club 10 target which was 22lbs from when I joined, but have lost 12 1/2 lbs (including 1/2 today) by 10/12/16 as that's the last official WI before my Christmas travels.
A little disappointed with my 1/2 loss this week - I was 2 1/2lbs down Wednesday and something happened (don't know what) between then & today.
I'm going to try & eat more vegetables this week so good luck everyone !0 -
Good morning everyone,
Shiny new thread thanks Shala, confession time is that I didn't spend a lot of time visiting the old thread due to RL, but I'm happy to report that I'm still at target. As I'd like to have options over X-mas I think I'd like to set a target of 2 lbs please Shala
Hope everyone is where they want to be or at least heading in the right direction.
Have a good weekend

Of course, what do you want your target weight loss to be for the 8 week challenge? 9.5lbs? That hurt my head trying to work that out!
Slipped up a bit last night with some marshmallows but I have synned them and it just means I need to be more careful today. Luckily they were less syns than I thought though so only 3.5 over yesterday.
Menu for today (red day)
B - carrot wheatbran cake (0.5 heb), yogurt, satsumas
L - brisket, wholemeal roll(heb), red slaw, bbq sauce (1)
T - BNS chips, pizza topped chicken (hea), salad, pickles
S - crisps (3.5) hifi (0.5heb) milk in drinks (hea)
