Yes, Meg, I think sheriff’s officers need to get involved in food ninja eviction, probably SAS, CIS, FBI too! They’re tough little beggars.
Happy birthday, rj.
Enjoy your wedding anniversary, whatever form the celebration takes, ruby.
Mony a mickle maks a muckle, lush, so well done on your loss.
Not sure whether to join the challenge this time – I keep spoiling shala’s (thanks for all the work you put in) lovely chart. Whatever I decide I’ll still be on here posting my results, maybe just not in big, bold, red numbers, lol. I will have a notional 8lb loss in the back of my mind, though, too.
Today went like this:
Breakfast: hexb French toast, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, maple syrup (1), ff Greek yogurt
Lunch: Milbona banana and custard yogurt (hope it’s free!), banana
Snack: McVities teacake (5)
Dinner: salmon, baby potatoes, asparagus, sugar snap peas, beetroot
Snack: hexa cheese (and ???)Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

Just been having a look at the lists of speed fruit & veg on the first page, I swear there are veggies I've never even heard of like amaranth?! Anyone ever eaten this? Don't think I've ever seen that in a supermarket
Challenging myself to eat some fruits and veg that I've never eaten before. Think I'll start with passionfruit and kale next week (not at same time though) .. as I've never eaten either of those.
Today's been half good and half bad
I behaved at breakfast time and tea time but between midday and 3pm went a bit haywire and ate 10 syns of maltesers and about 25 syns of cake  Went for a hour long walk before tea as I had to bring OH some food as he was working late (he also requested some choc and crisps which I bought and didn't get any for myself - well done me) so hoping that's counteracted some of the bad stuff.
Got a Live Lean meat delivery today and have plenty of speedy stuff in my fruit bowl and veg rack so no excuse for not sticking to plan this week0 -
Ooh, a new thread, just what I need to get inspired.
Shala - I'd like to lose 8lbs in this challenge, however I won't be reporting in until 9th November as I've decided I'm not replacing the battery in my scales, the next time I weigh myself will be in Spain.
This doesn't mean I'm giving up, I intend to stick to the plan (properly) as much as I can, bearing in mind that I'm visiting family for a few days next week and then I'll be travelling for 3 days so food will be limited to whatever's available on the ferry, on the road and in the hotel en route.
Thanks for all the work you put in to the challenges Shala.

Hi all! Thank you, as always Shala for the new thread and the chart each week.
I'd like to set 2.5 lbs as my goal for this challenge, and that would get me to target. Ideally I'll get there in the next three weeks because that would be the end of my countdown (I would love it to be next week but that is unlikely because of it being both DH's birthday and star week)We may not have it all together, but together we have it all
