emmasaundersagain:what are you on about
I'm trying to clarify what exactly happened, because your description doesn't seem very clear. You described pulling out in front of a cyclist and everyone has blamed you. You are trying to explain that you were already on the roundabout etc, and I'm trying to work out what route exactly the cyclist took to get to your front right wing. Why share location - you know what a mini round about looks like surely?
I sure do, but they're can all be different. Different sizes, different number of roads, different angles etc. Unless your house is actually on the roundabout, you're not giving any info away.here it is
That's a bunch of road signs. This is the sign relevant to this thread:

It's earlier in the thread. I though we had established it was 30 mins after sunset. But OK, have YOU established what time sunset was, what time lighting up time was, and what time this incident took place?0 -

How can it be careless driving by a cyclist?
It may have escaped your attention a cycle is not a motor vehicle.
And as we well know you need to be driving a motor vehicle to be convicted of careless driving.0 -

No
You're guilty of careless driving. You should have looked instead of daydreaming about !!!!.0 -

No
So, are you saying:
no, the cyclist wasn't behind another vehicle, or
No, the cyclist wasn't riding to fast for you to see, or
All of the above
before recklessly pulling out in their path? Either way, seems like you're trying to refute your own earlier claims about what happened.0
