As I keep telling you. You are missing the point.
The point is my mother left me 118k in her will and she left money to my sisters. And it is my right to claim it.
The same as it is my sisters right to claim their share of the money that was left to them.

I should not have to go through all of this hassle, nobody should.
I am sorry that my sister is ill but it is not my fault.
It is not anyone's fault that my sister is too ill to go to the bank and manager the executors account.

I am sure there must be other cases like mine where there is 1 or more executor.
I know the law says that the executors manage the accounts and distribution of monies of the will.

I know that banks policies are that executors or joint accounts must be signed by all account holders or executors.
And that all must be at the bank together in person with ID before any money is drawn out.

But what if the executor or one of them(if more than one executor) falls ill. And and becomes so ill that they can no longer manage the account?

The beneficiaries such as myself still need to get paid their inheritance.
So surly there must be a way round it so that the beneficiaries such as myself can still be paid their money?

I can accept the fact that there may be some delay in being paid my money because one of the executors(my sister)is ill at the moment.

But what if the months go by and she does not get better?
Then how do I get my money?

What are the legal channels or procures do I or a solicitor I choose to act for me have to go through?

Maybe if some could it explain it here I will at least understand what I should do if my sisters either does not get better.
Or if my sisters do with hold my money on purpose and not pay me.
    which could also happen.

No, it is YOU who is missing the point : this is all happening because YOU are irritating people beyond all reason - we have explained to you what should/would happen - BUT YOU WON'T LISTEN- or read what we have taken the time and trouble to convey to you.

THE IMPORTANT THING FOR YOU TO DO IS TO REGISTER WITH A GP.

Ann - people have explained it lots of times.

If your ill sister does not get better your well sister needs to apply to the court to get her removed as a executor but as you now this can not be done yet as your sister needs to be given time to recover.

Would it help you know how long you need to wait before court can even be considered? Is that what the issue is? you have no time frame to work on? I can understand that could be difficult.

I suggest your email you solicitor with just the one question
"How long should I wait before I contact you again if my sister does not recover and we need to look at my well sister possibly going to court"

When he replies print it out and stick the reply somewhere you can see it - Do not contact him before then and wait. Once you have a firm date you know you have to wait until hopefully that will make it easier for you.

In the meantime while you are waiting go to a GP and perhaps look at any clubs/groups in your area that you can do to to meet others with health issues as yourself, It will do you good to get and have something else to think about.

What do you do with your time? do you enjoy reading? Watching TV? Have you tired any of those mindfulness coloring books? doing those can be very relaxing.

Have you got a bank account for the money to be paid into?
To be safe, you ought to split it across a couple of different banks or building societies.

Yes I of course I have.
I have got 2 currant account and also a saving passbook account.
I am with Nation wide Building Society.
And they told me that the money can be sent to my by a CHAPS payment direct from my sisters bank account into my.
This will be paid into my currant account.

My sister was going to do that and she took my bank account details.
But as you know Barclays Bank would not let her do the payment without my other sister being with her at the bank
Have you registered with a GP yet?
No. I tried but I could not bring myself to go down there.
Every time I try to get out of the house to register I get so upset because of what's happened to me with my inheritance.
I get in a terrible state at the thought of going to the GP, I don't go.

how I feel, now is I want to sit down and talk to someone about this and tel them what has happened.

But I cannot facr going to a strange GP surgery because I fear if I told them this they would not understand.

I want to go and tel my EX-CMHT Social worker.
As my solicitor won't talk to me.
He won't even give me an appointment to go and se him at the office.
If he did and sat me down and told me what I can do about this, then at least I would know where I stand.

But he does not seem to want to bother it seems.
Which is only distressing me further.
the ironic thing is I went to my Solicitor in the first place because I thought there might be problems getting my money.
So that if there was he would help me.

But now that there is problems as you can see, he is not doing anything about it. And I am paying him out of my inheritance.
Which is not right either as it's the solicitor who should be helping me get my money but he is not, it seems.
And I am going made with all of this because I don't know who to turn to who can sort this out and get me my money.

You have not answered my questions:

The first helpful thing you can do is to go to your GP.

    Go to your GP.

    It will help.

Ann did you see my post, the one above yours the part in bold?

It is clear you are getting very stressed please try not to worry everyone on here has told you you will get your money. it will just take time. all those people are not all going to be wrong.

Does one of the GPs have an email you can write to? Maybe try that as a first step?

Can you speak to you ex-social worker to ask her her if she can contact one of the GPs for a home visit? I think this is justified in your case, you may not want this, I wouldn't but you need to make a difficult choice either to sort out a GP to come to your home or you go to them.

No I am not missing the point. I get it. I am having to wait. It is frustrating. I understand that. I am frustrated and angry too. But I can't do anything about it. It is out of my hands, just as this situation is out of yours.

Sometimes the thing to do is...... NOTHING! You have to wait.

This is all - WAIT. AND go and register with a GP - THAT is your priority - not the money - stuff the money for the moment - the priority is YOU and YOUR HEALTH.

My concern now is that when you do get the money, you are going to get stuck in a cycle of thinking everyone is trying to cheat you out of it anyway. So the practicalities change, but not the underlying issue (ie that you are unwell and finding day to day stuff difficult). You really do need to see a GP.
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

I think the issue is for Ann that she knows she has to wait but she doesn't not know for how long.

Shes has a need to know and control so she feels safe.

Even a person with no metal heath issues would like a time frame to work within. For Ann it is more than a like it is a must.

Once she has a date in her mind that she has to wait until, before taking further action hopefully things will become a bit easier to cope with.

Unfortunately no one on here is qualified to give a date as it can't be an estimate it needs to be exact as after that Ann will be expecting action so that information has to come from the solicitor.

There is little point keep telling her to wait, she needs to know wait until when.

I agree with you but even the solicitor cant give a time frame but it would probably help if he said for example "if we have not got any progress after 4 weeks we can start looking at the other options",
this would maybe help Ann if she had that sort of response from the solicitor .
I can fully understand why the solicitor is reluctant to give any time frames though.
