our carbon footprint was under the average until I added in our travel, oh has a round trip of 1 hour daily and I have double that just taking the girls to school - it did make me think about all the lightbulbs in the house currently about half and half with eco ones hanging out until the others finish before I replace them.

Evening all, nearly bedtime. I now know why I rarely drink too much - I hate wasting a day like I have today. Did manage to do a little bit of pruning in the garden and layed out there in the sun for half an hour - so tired I just layed on the decking. A little bit of catching up on some threads and then bed. Thanks for all your hugs they were appreciated if not deserved.

Hope the little one sleeps for you tonight Michelle

Why do people buy second hand shoes and want them perfect??? I swear most of them have had their brains removed.. if you don't want shoes to have any sign of wear you buy new IMO..

I have 2 bought childrens boots.. one pair advertised as good worn condition.. you don't expect perfection.. and I get an email.. there is signs of wear on the soles... NO!!!! Well I'll go to our house!! there never is!!! AND she was told!!

The other asked if they were second hand when I bought them!! CHEEKY F**KER... as if I'd buy second hand shoes for my children.. and I told her so!! lol.. snotty tone 'I do not buy second hand shoes for my little ones!' :D .. AND it stated in the listing they needed polishing and I took them into the shop and had them do them lol.. how cheeky is that?

YET.. the ones which were sold 'as new' and nubuck!! (had been worn on the way back from the shop and one morning at nursery) had green paint on which I washed off.. delighted with them... go figure!!!

OH.. then there is the one who I refunded because the parcel was lost in the post.. paid me again.. after filing a paypal claim and having a refund.. thick tw@ts!!!!!!!

    Some people are not normal!

    *nibbles the garibaldies*

in a grand 'sod-it' movement i have decided to sod the tidying, give in to my fat-lazy-greedy-piggyness and pretend to do ebay stuff.

And not think of pigpens herbaceous border.
