    Morning all,

I haven't posted for a couple of days because, to be honest, I have not had time to do much flying other than the dailies :o

This week I intend to fly with avengance to make up for it.

I went to see my 'boys' yesterday (still not allowed to move them), We don't have any names for them yet:o they are now 3 & 1/2 months old and hysterical characters. In between them trying to eat our clothes, we managed to get some pictures, so as promised, here are a couple.

    Ginger & brown with DD2 (6)

Vanilla, well worth seeing if it's fixable, www.washerhelp.co.uk is good for advice. Is there a freecycle or dontdumpthat.com or similar in NI? When mine did the same the filter was blocked, I unblocked it, unplugged for a while then it was fine after that.

Sproggi wow, they are so cool. I want a piggy :(

With extra tasks for the weekend I am sure pigpen will be on soon, I don't want to step on anyones toes. I do stuff at the weekend aswell. Might be an idea for you to start on that paperwork moonflower, reduce it down, keep to one side anything that needs dealing with soon and file what needs keeping, also that charity shop bag if you have a car put it in the boot, it's a reminder to take it and gets it out of your way!

I've got loads to do today, it's just me and the boys as DP is out playing with his cars so will have to see how much I can get done 'round them', worse bit is the dogs are being a pain in the bum! DP has took my car with him so can't clear the rest out until he gets back.

[STRIKE]File paperwork I am left with after the clear out [/STRIKE]
    Plastering holes
Start packing some more of the kids toys (hopefully with their help) aim for one box to keep and one to fling
Start decluttering kitchen fling [STRIKE]broken George[/STRIKE] :( pan set and whatever else can go
Fill a bag with spare light bulbs, just popped head under sink and there is lots
[STRIKE]Take sheets and pillows DP used upstairs (when DS2 will get off them) [/STRIKE]
Get DP to finish emptying my car when he gets back, he wants to take it he can do it
[STRIKE]Sort OU books into boxes to store better (and can just pick up and go when move)[/STRIKE]
More work on last CMA (due in Wednesday)
[strike]Finish clearing coffee table (it has lots of storage under it) so can go on Monday [/strike]
[STRIKE]Load of washing on airers when done (looks like rain here too) [/STRIKE]
Sort through linen box, see if anything for charity shop, find 2 sets of curtains for boys rooms when/if we move
    Sort manuals box
One day I might be more organised...........

  • Being a girly swot and making a start on tomorrow's list, assuming it's the kitchen that is.
Done the untility room and part of the kitchen.
Have got the doctors again in the morning and in the afternoon a friend visiting family here down south is popping in for a cuppa and natter. Haven't seen her for a year so will be nice to catch up. So with both of those things happening I thought I'd get a head start.

DH and DS are off playing cricket in the local park together. DS has got a bit of a cold and was moaning about going out, but I assured him the fresh air would do him good. TBH it'll do them both good spending time together and I'm enjoying the peace and quiet! :rotfl:

Need to spend a bit of time on here looking for pressies for DH's birthday. It's in a couple of weeks and as he's been off work for a fortnight with bronchitis I haven't been able to get any time on here to have a ferret around and look for things for him.

Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday.

    great pics sproggi, so cute!

PING!!! Did I hear someone call???

Not been up long.. I got home at 3am.. we met up with a couple of guys we were at school with and spent a further 4 hours chatting and catching up and it was really nice! We did the big phone number swap so hopefully it will pan out smoothly!

Moonflower.. next weeks list will be up shortly.. so you can have a head start on that!!! Also.. I tend to do BIG jobs on the weekends.. decorating, DIY, MAJOR decluttering and chucking.. Pick a room, any room then pick a corner of the room and start flinging!!! I also tend to play catch up on a weekend, all the jobs I've left off the list all week I try to do at the weekend.

Do we need to add a list of 'weekend jobs'??? I think it is nice not to have the pressure on a weekend and people have other plans, but I can add a few tasks if people want???

    sproggi .. loving the pigglies!

Tinsel .. You never know with me.. I flick things round because I am naughty and like to keep people on their toes!! That may well backfire!

Well coffee table now cleared into a box which now needs sorting through, was just easier to empty it so it's done. I did the top of it and bribed the boys to do the inside :D

Downside is found more paperwork to be sorted, we call it the 'manuals box' it has manuals for everything we have bought, assembly instructions etc, I cleared it out about a year ago getting rid of things for items we no longer have but will no doubt be more that can go. Think I shall start that next.

Thanks Lil_me found out it is the belt and it is loose so we can fix it but no key thing to tighten it but we're hoping the in laws have it as it was their washing machine first, i'm hoping anyway. Gonna wash the uniforms by hand now as in laws away and don't know when they'll be back. Think you've just saved me a good $300 (no money sign)beerchug.gif .
Right need a cuppa first, anyone what one?laughing-smiley-014.gif

Vanilla - If they don't have one you might be able to buy it, great news if you can save some money :j http://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/index.php?cPath=24 shop for spares, same people run it I believe as the washerhelp site, wonder if they do them, I'm sure if it's not listed and you contact them they will be happy to help, I have ordered things in the past and they are very helpful.

Coffee, do you need to ask?

Oh and no I haven't done anything else yet so :p I will after my cuppa!

Glad someone is amused.. I'd post pics.. but well.. you know!! ROFL!! (I AM joking really!!)

Tiddles came in the bedroom this morning.. she is a bit obsessed with body parts at the moment.. boobies, willies and hairy bits of course.. never something you can get out in public like ears!! Anyway, she lifts up the duvet and says' oh, I can see your boobies. I want to touch them'... So I drag my nightie down to cover them up.. so she drags the covers off further. ' I want to see your fl...!!!!!! Where your fluffy??!!!! It GONE!!!!.. Mummy!!!!!'

She was kicked out of the bedroom SO fast!!!!!!!!!! pmsl.. so now she keeps trying to undress me!

I've had a good week.. all this AND having to explain to my 6 year old what sanitary towels are for.. and periods.. etc etc etc.. of course in the middle of boots and on the way home!!

Best make a start.. I've done nothing all weekend

Oh.. just to add... I don't have a hang over today either in spite of the bottle of vodka I downed last night
