Extra cash: I finally got round to comparing car insurance, and have asked for a quote from an insurance company that advertises to people who drive less than 20,000k per year. Over the phone the lady told me it would be €482 for the year, where we currently pay €850! The only problem is that I have missed the three(!)month notice period, so now I can only switch if my current insurer puts their prices up.

    Gooooood morning Turtles,

Failed in my NSD yesterday in which I didn't have time to myself which mean I didn't prep lunch for today which means today will not be a NSD. Damn it!

Thinking of you and your family Toni's friend

Today will be an SFD. Luckily I didn't bring my wallet to work as I already finished all my snacks and fruit and only got lunch left so I can't buy rubbish. Gym session again and we'll see what the rest of the day brings

Xspender can you make a list of all the clothes you need between you and then research where to buy them most cheaply? Sugarbaby on the wombling thread is an amazing ebayer. She finds all the stuff she needs for cheap. So many people sell brand new clothes these days.

    quick update:

NSDs - still not really achieving any. Lots of little spends here and there, not helped by OH's bday and DD home from uni for the weekend. As it's also half term coming up I'm not expecting any more!

Extra cash - fleabay has been going really well and also sold a load of stuff at NNS last weekend, so this part of the challenge has been good! Also done a couple of pinec0ne surveys L)

Learn - have been to Zumba twice. Going again tomorrow. Sweatily enjoyable :D:D

Food budget - have a pile of receipts to add to my totals. Have used tesc0 £5 and £7 off vouchers. Have a l1dl voucher which I may try next week.

Healthy eating - hit and miss over the last week - reflected in weight gain this week.

No cafes/ takeaways - did both last week - oops

Exercise - Zumba-ing and some walking. COuld do better.
