keepingupwiththecrazy said:Please help!!! I have no idea what to do or how to sort this, i’ve been reading & reading all the threads & dont know how to get my issue resolved. I am due to attend a court hearing at the end of this month so need to submit my documents within the next week. Basically going back to 2018 my car was parked in a car park, parking was paid however the incorrect reg was entered. I sent proof of payment to total parking solutions who didnt cancel the PCN & then i got hounding letters from BW legal. I’ve ignored this but now i need to go to court & get this matter resolved. What do i do?? I have text message proof of payment with one digit incorrect on the reg. how can i fight this?? Thank you1

I'd say they'd try to do something with your post if it was out-and-out confirmed to be you, like a pic of your car + reg, or the ticket itself with codes on it.Anything debatable and you've got the plausible deniability of the internet to fall back on, they aren't the FBI. So if they say 'are you the Roger Mellie who posted that he drove his car to...etc' your answer is of course 'no'.0

You have posted on a general thread and it is unlikely to receive any replies, please start your own thread, but read the newbies first. Note, few PPCs grant BB concessions.

You cannot get the best out of this forum on a phone. You need a laptop or tablet minimum.1

I am a pensioner, as are lots of the regulars! You need the PALS at the hospital not the parking dept. Still, you should (on your mobile) start a new thread, then any advice will be tailored to you not the several who posted on this thread over several years. Libraries (when they are open again) have computers.3

Try friends and family as well, as you will really struggle to navigate the forum on a phone.3

PALS is the patient liaison service
page one of this forum has a NEW THREAD big red button. If you can't find it that means you are using a phone, and not all phones work correctly with this forum3 -

You know how to start a thread you have managed it twelve times before - even on this parking board.
Can you not use the laptop you were using last year?
Please stop posting on this thread and, as requested, start a new thread if you want help.

I have followed Plan A, can anyone offer hope that Premier Inn take up responsibility & arrange for a penalty to be cancelled?
Any specific guidance relating to Euro Car Parks & overstay would be appreciated.0
