When I posted a couple of months ago about the PCN that was placed on my car at a London Underground station I also kept quiet about the name of the station. I figured that with it being quite a remote station with a small car park there was a good chance mine would have been the only PCN issued that day.
Not sure if that was overly paranoid but better safe than sorry.0 -
