Hey don't feel down things are happening admitidly very slowly but the big guns are involved and at least with your GP writing the report its going to be sympathetic.

Yes there are boxes but you do have some where to live which you didnt think would happen a few weeks ago. You've got a yummy tea planned and two great kids to pick you up. Tomorrow is another day and hopefully the report will be sent in and things can really start moving.

Hi Floss the WOTY:rotfl: is a week on Saturday and yes thanks my outfit now sorted! My neighbour (more like a big sister to me) found me a cream three quarter length sleeved top with a bit of duck blue and minky brown ribbon on it and co-ordinating cream skirt with the blue and brown polka dots on it. It was an absolute bargain reduced from £100 to £23.99!!!!

LL being a pain again - have just received an email from HLO saying he has been in touch with her to ask whats going on and when am I leaving?

Don't consider freezing rice and reheating. You will end up spending more on bog roll and cleaning products than you think you have saved!

There is a particular breed of food poisoning associated with reheated rice. Don't do it!

  • Hi,

Just a thought re removal costs, but I don't know if you are in a position to do this but see if they can do it cheaper for cash.

When I moved couple of years ago had 2 quotes of just under £400.00 (lived in 2 bed house by myself with only usual stuff to move), but then someone recommended their removal co and said whatever price quoted is offer them cash - I didn't needed to - his price was £180 for cash! Big difference! They did a fantastic job and infact gave them £200.00 was so pleased!
