Just got through to Drs sec, she gave form to the Dr on Friday to complete. Dr now off until Wednesday and the form not done yet:mad:

Can the senior partner at the Doc's not complete this form for you? They should have given it priority - under the circs it's not acceptable to have to wait until after Wednesday for them to complete it.

    Hugs

Thanks Floss, again I hadn't thought of that - do you think it would make much difference though as I have never met him? Would he just go from notes?

Hi MOT just been catching up on your thread.

Just for info - the link below is for the form that needs to be completed to apply for remission of the court fees. The rules around this changed on Oct 1 and the info leaflet on the website is the old one. There is also a link for the application form if you want to fill it in again instead of waiting for the post.

Thank you for updating us about how you are getting on. I was concerned that you were OK.

The not knowing must feel very debilitating and the continuous progress chasing feel very wearing.

I admire your stamina. A long deceased but wonderful aunt who had had years of poverty and tragedy used to tell me "God fits the back for the burden". I would like to think that faced with the same circumstances I would have your fortitude, could not be sure that I would. You appear to move one step forward and two back with pragmatism and are generous in not holding individuals to account for their part in the delays that you bear.

Your needs are urgent and I whole heartedly support that where you are faced with absence/in-action being a cause of delay to you, you escalate it urgently.

    I wish I could help.

Thank you Spirit for your message - yes today I feel overwhelmed by it all, its seems an uphill struggle all the time. I had 20 mins nap at lunchtime to try and clear my headache and hoped that I would wake feeling more positive but the sight of the packing boxes obliterating the view from the lounge windows did nothing to help improve matters!

Should think so - you can always ask if they can do it - you'd be no further back!

  • hi MOT

hows things today, this postal strikes going to cost lots of people something and not only cash, my banks already phoning me saying Im overdrawn ( wonder how much that phone call is going to cost). I hope things get done faster for you, this waiting to see what happens is creul and unkind, knowing that some faceless official, can determine your future with a pen and a official stamp. Keep going, keep strong, when this is all over,( and it will be believe me.) nothing in life will ever phase you again. The person( you) that emerges from this will be a much stronger person.
Something equally as bad but not the same happened to me, my dark days are lighter now, and the "new" me is a lot stronger and determined, at the moment we are all here for you, goodness I wish I had found this site when I needed help, if there is anything I can do just pm me...even if its to just vent how u feel
Thinking of you and your kids, Anna xx
I so want to be like thisu:rotfl: :rotfl: :j :j but feel like this:mad:         all the time and wondering how the heck did I get into debt.....

Hi MOT, have you been back onto your Dr's, will they fill out the form or do you have to wait for your Dr?
Keep positive and try not to worry too much - easy to say I know.
