Yes, there's a thought you must insist that all communication will be either emailed or hand collected with receipts to confirm that it has happened.DFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08

Mot,
I am appalled at how you have been treated.
Let me know what size you are, I may have something you can wear for the wedding.
I do hope someone can help you soon, I am ashamed to be british reading this thread, no-one seems to want to pull their finger out. I would seriously write a letter to Gordon Brown, he needs to know what real people have to deal with in everyday life.
I know this is going to sound cheeky, but I have some clothes of my DD ere like new,she is 10, is your DD an average age 11 cause these would fit, if you want them, pm me,I would like to help,

Hi DA, yes you're quite right - the silence IS awesome:mad:
Emailed HLO this morning, got reply saying she's waiting for fax back from Drs re: medical report. Rang Drs -secretary not in her room each time I rang:mad:
Have rung and emailed Councillor again for news of what he is managing to do, emailed MP again for update re: his letter to Chief Executive of council - received automated reply saying he'll get back to me.
Rang Court to check on posession postponement, they have sent it back to me as I hadn't sent in the £40 fee:eek: - didn't know I had to maybe thats just me being naive.
So all in all feeling really pi**ed off, living among packing boxes and in a mess is not meChristians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -
HI MOT
I think you should check with the court but if you are recievng any benefits you do not have to pay this fee. If you are not on benefits they have a means form that you fill in and they normally tell you whether you have to pay or not.
Keep your chin up you are doing brilliantly:j I have a persecution complex. Everytime I pass a shoe shop they persecute me till I buy them:j0 -
Hi Mot. Just wanted to say - hang on in there. I can't follow who's supposed to be doing what and when but have understood that no-one wants to help you. It sounds like you're banging on all the right doors though. You and your kids are fab. Take care and don't take no for an asnwer. Wishing you all the best.

Decided to hold off ringing court about fee as they are suspending any Bailiffs action until I return this form and as we have a postal strike goodness knows when I'll receive it:rotfl:Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -

To not pay the court costs you will need to be on Income Support, JSA or on a low income.
If you are on IS / JSA you will need proof of your current claim, usually a letter from the DWP and it has to be no older than one month.
If you can't get the document in time for proof, you will have to make the payment and you can use the same form to reclaim the money.
