    Morning all,

Had a rotten night again but don't think it was my cold that kept me awake, just kept waking and then lying there for ages - my mind was on overdrive, but I tried really hard to think of mundane things:confused: ! Think I will be going back to bed for a while this morning to catch up on my sleep.

DS going to IofW with snorkelling club today, and DS at home with me but she's quite happy to amuse herself - she'll probably come and lie on the bed with me and read her book.

I suppose that subconsiously I am terrified of the council giving me a negative decision next week:eek:

MOT, I just read through your thread and wanted to say you're doing an amazing job even if it doesn't feel like it just now.

Stay in bed today I think you deserve it and you'll need your strength with what is coming up ahead I feel. Well done for trying so hard to sort all of this out now and move on, I hope you get settled and back on your feet soon enough so that this will be a great fresh start for you and the twins, with their new school and you knowing that if you can sort out all this mess you can do anything hopefully in a few months everything will seem a million times better. I along with everyone else on this thread is rooting for you and keeping everything crossed that will work out the best for you and the kids. Now take the day off that's an order, there is nothing you can do today that will help by worrying apart from having some ME time, watch a movie, have a bath, and shut all the problems out just for today.

Thanks bobbie, I did go back to bed this morning and slept til 1pm when DD woke me to say she'd made me some tomato soup:A since then have spent afternoon lying on sofa dozing then thought I'd just have a quick look on here, so thanks for your post!

Was going to do some packing but just don't have the energy, so I will be settling down soon to watch Sat night tv - which I think is pretty good at the moment and at least it'll take my mind off things.

Just opened my post and have today received the Bailiffs Warrant from the court - they are coming to evict me on 8th November - I hope to God that I'm out of here before then:eek:

))))))))))))))))HUGS)))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Shove that letter in a drawer until Mon. You cant do anything with it till then. Now make yourself a nice cuppa or a glass of whatever you fancy and then snuggle down with your gorgeous kids and enjoy a nice cuddle in front of the tv. Why not have a nice warm bath before bed tonight to try and help you relax. I can only imagine what is going thru your mind (been there done that and got the t shirt!) But things always seem worse at night. There is nothing more you can do till Mon and hand on heart I cannot honestly see how the council can make a negative decision for you.
)))))))))))))))))HUGS))))))))))))))))))))))))) Sending you all the positive thoughts and good wishes

Will do Gillian:T got to pick DS up in a bit from his snorkelling trip then home to make comfort tea - make myself a hot toddy and snuggle down with kids on sofa to watch Strictly Come Dancing and Casualty.

Monday am will hot foot it to council with copy of Bailiffs warrant - would really like to be out of here by 26th October cos b/f goes away for a fortnight on 27th and I'd like him with me when I'm moving out for physical and moral support.

Morning all, now got a stinking cold and despite taking Night Nurse had a rough night! Computer on a go slow at moment too:mad: tried ringing VirginMedia and doing all the usual virus checks, spyware and adaware checks, defragged it and optimised the internet connection - driving me mad! Posted a thread on Techie board and got some very helpful tips - but its still not quite right:confused: .

More packing this weekend - last bits and pieces although still need plates, mugs etc.

Hi, I am also a VirginMedia customer and the broadband connection speed has gone right down over the last couple of days. I can usually get between 6.8 to 7.3 mbs but at the moment, I'm lucky if I can load the E-Bay page
I think it's at VirginMedia's end were the problem lies. If they are doing server maintenance etc. then it should clear up shortly [like your cold hopefully].
Their service has been great since I started with them up until these last couple of days.
Btw, there is a natty piece of software named CCleaner you can d/load that clears up your system, better than Adaware and won't nag you for 20 dollars, it's free [yes it really is]. The first 'C' stands for crap.
Wish I could help you with the other stuff
