Hi mot - I have obviously missed out on the 'news' but can only surmise what it was all about having read I_T's 'letter' that you posted.
I think that your ex-LL is not doing himself any favours whatsoever, by playing 'dirty' at this stage of proceedings. Indeed it seems like the actions of a 'desperate' man. Your Solicitor should have a 'field day' with the original letter/email from your ex-LL.
I can only assume that he has been 'alluding' to your posts on this thread, but doesn't have the nerve to 'post' his own thoughts openly - he probably knows full well what reaction he could expect.
Do not allow him to 'bully' you into submission - perhaps he needs reminding that 'two can play dirty just as easily as one'.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

I to am new to this forum, and don't usually post, but in this instance I think it is warranted as words fail me on how you have managed to deal with this, and cope under the circumstances for such a long period of time!
You truly are an incredible woman, and have moved me to tears with your posts on here. If my lottery numbers came up tomorrow nothing would give me more pleasure to write you out a cheque no questions asked, as the world needs more people like you, and IT too of course!
I wish you all the luck in the world, and hope this nightmare you're going through ends soon with the right result.
Keep positive and keep fighting, as you will win!Alex0 -
