I have read this thread since its beginning, although haven't posted before. I can't believe you have been forced to suffer all that you have been through during the past months. Hoping things start going better in the new year.

My HA Support Worker came to see me today and said that the beginning of the end of this sorry saga is nearly here - lets hope that the twins and I are able to recover somewhere safe that is a stable, long term and secure home for us.

MOT i hope that the appeals panel is made up from another council.
maybe when this is all over you should sell your story to a big hollywood studio. You would then be able to buy a big house for you and the twins (with a bathroom for felicity so she can spend as much time as she likes getting ready )

Good grief, you certainly live an interesting life MOT! I spend a bit of time away from this board and look what happens .
Your ex landlord obviously doesn't believe IT and thinks you've been using his rent money to fund your lavish lifestyle! However unless he has concrete proof of this he shouldn't be slandering you to council employees, especially those who will be deciding your fate. I can't see how they can possibly be unbiased and I dread to think what else hes said.

Whilst his nasty email sounds as though it was painful and upsetting I would have thought that it must do you a lot of good in the long run. He can't possibly appear to be a nice kind landlord thats being ripped off by you after that. Why must some people be so spiteful? He may have lots of money but he doesn't have the really important wealth that you have!! Perhaps he's jealous of how loved you are whilst he is hated!!
Do you have proof that it was from him? Although you know its him could he deny it? Did he have your email address or did it come from here?
Is it good to know that he thought you had had an expensive hairdo when you were not at all sure about the colour! What colour are you now?
And also if you are 'banned' from any more holidays could you tell IT I would love to go to Egypt again I went a couple of years ago and loved it although I quite fancy Rhodes.
