Hi all,

I'm sorry but I am not giving in to him (LL). Having had a long chat with SF just now (and a good supportive pm from silvercar) they have given me the confidence to continue posting on here as normal. It is not fair that I have not felt able to post freely for the last few days - this is MY thread, MY support, MY lifeline and YOU are MY friends who have given me so much support and advice and I still need that - so for those of you reading this who are not one of my supporters I say this:

I hope that when and if you come upon hard times like I have, when you are that depressed you wonder what life is all about, when you take one step forward and feel like you have gone back three - then remember this thread.

Something like MSE and the forum is a support for different people in different ways - it is MY way of clinging onto something, to gain strength, to get better.

No-one on here judges anyone, they help.

Many people on here have suffered in some form or other so can understand when a person needs help and support - not a kick up the !!!!!

So, if and when YOU are so low that you feel that life is not worth living - post it on MSE - you will get help and you will then understand just how therapeutic this is for me.

I hope that you have a happy new year. I don't have time tonight to read back the pages, but what has happened to make you feel you have to post a message like this.

Surely it isn't a troll is it? I flippin hope not. We have all gained strength to carry on from this thread, because YOU have kept going when other lesser mortals would have crumbled in a heap.
