Talk about want to kick someone when they're down. Please tell me how your post is helpful to someone who as of today doesn't have a roof over their children's heads.

MOT ignore that last post please. There will always be someone who wants to turn the knife, who knows why. But you do not need to be worrying or thinking about anything in the above post today.

Ummmmm the fact that this is giveagiggle's first post doesn't exactly ring true, eh!

Have you a vested interest giveagiggle? Why look to criticise someone who is in a extremely desperate position?

At the mo MOT needs constructive advice and support re her EVICTION the other stuff- constructive dismissal etc can be dealt with when she has a roof over her and her children's heads.

And why you give a stuff about why MOT cooks her children a sunday roast.....if you remember she has been trying to not let this affect her children too much....I don't get you giveagiggle

For the record I think that MOT's proactive approach is brilliant, keep going girl, we're here for you. XX

Ignore it MOT, who gives a monkeys what some idiot has said. Most likely he/she signed up to troll. It's like taking notice of the drunk bloke staggering down the road yelling about the end of the world being nigh, means nothing.

Anyway, enough attention to that. What's happening today with you?

    To giveagiggle

With regard to my ex employer -

I am intelligent woman who did do a LOT of research into this AND went to see a specialist solicitor to get advice to be told that I could do something about this but it would be hard to prove AND if I lost would have to pay a hefty bill in fees - as I have no money it was NOT a sensible thing to do so I had to let it rest.

With regard to the LL of the first property - I had been in residence for 2.5 months and had to fight to get back 1 months money - I had had to fight my ex to get anything out of our marriage (even though it was me who bought the property initially) and after years of pornography and perversion I took what I could and got out for the sake of my sanity and to protect my children.

Re: "The thing you can't sympathise with" -

I do not get anywhere near 75% let alone 100% of Housing Benefit if I did I wouldn't be in this mess now.

I do not get IB - there is a claim in but taking a long time to sort out.

Yes I have a car that I own outright - but if you had read the other posts properly you will see that I have an 80 yr old mother who is not very well at all. Also, the childrens father lives a 100 miles away and I have to meet him at times to 'hand over' the children. The childrens school is 2.9 miles from home so don't qualify for 'free' transport and NO they can't go to local school as oversubscribed.

Yes I paid 6 months rent up front but that was out of the little settlement I came away with from the marriage. No I am not debt free as you say but that is not the issue here.

I am an honest person who is only trying to the best for my children and myself and am in NO way devious.

I take exception at your post as I have been open and upfront about the whole issue - would you like a character reference??????

    MOT.

I have to admit to not having read all of your thread, although I have heard so much about you on another posts. You have been a source of respect and encouragement for so many people.

Keep up the good work and on a personal note, my Mum lost our house when my parents divorced and she never left me suffer, she gave me what she could have to this day I thank her. You are doing a wonderful job and do NOT let anyone else tell you otherwise.

    Good luck x

Sorry Toto missed your question about today - was a little incensed about 'Red Ken's' aka giveagiggle's post

Anyway, today I am getting some removal quotes in order to apply for crisis loan, ringing Dr re: medical form from council to support application.

Have spoken to Head Teacher at twins school to let him know that Homeless Officer may call him, he's right behind us too and is perparing a letter to back up our case.

As for moving out - staying put until I hear from court as took postponement form into court on Friday to hold off process due to Council's investigations.

Other than that, bit of tidying up to try and make it still feel like home!

Oh and got DS home today with really bad headache

Hope today goes OK for you and the children.
