Have just sent this palimpsest raft to DBC Chief Executive and Leader of the Council.
I liked Mike Moore from first chat with him.
I included my name and location on all emails-omitted here.
############################
Good morning Mr Zammit and Mr Williams,
Below you will read a succession of emails to Mr Wright and another grouped to Mesdames Bassadone and Griffiths and Mr Sutton. Apart from the immediate further exchange with Ms Bassadone, I have no response as yet.
May I ask you to place on record my profound gratitude for the active interest Mr Mike Moore is taking in this case.
I am sure we are all anxious to see Ms Davis, Felicity and Adam, secure over Christmas and correctly, safely, permanently, suitably re-housed soon after.
This Eviction, decreed as Absolute for 17 December by Ms Abdul Karim must not go ahead.
Thankyou for your attention,
God’s Elder Sister - meddle with me at your own risk.

Good morning again, Mr Wright,
I believe Ms Davis's case is now widely-aired and I would appreciate your view.
I well understand how busy you may be in the run up to Christmas and appreciate my earlier email may have been overlooked.
Here it is again:
Date:
Fri, 7 Dec 2007 17:05:23 +0000 (GMT)
Subject:
Fwd: Ms Julia DAVIS and children Felicity and Adam-Appeal Hearing, 17 December.
To:
rob.wright@dacorum.gov.uk
Good evening Mr Wright,
Just to keep you informed, this is an email I've just sent to Hazel Bassadone, Margaret Griffiths and Graham Sutton.
Could you kindly confirm that you have drawn their attention to this matter, as Mr Moore understands you planned?
Thankyou for your attention and help.

##########
Good day to you all,
Ms Griffiths-
Ms Bassadone -
Mr Sutton.
In the last two days I have spoken with, and emailed, Messrs Michael Moore and Robert Wright, fellow Dacorum Councillors with you.
Using your own site, I initially believed they were her Local Government representatives, but Mr Moore has corrected this.
My concern is for Ms Julia Davis and her twins, Felicity and Adam. You should now be aware of considerable publicity for her situation, fast gaining momentum.
Mr Moore, having approached your SHO and advising that he has accepted a request to become involved, meets Ms Davis this afternoon. They first spoke last night, more than enough to convince Mr Moore to help in any way he can.
Also, following initial contact between Mr Wright and Mr Moore, Mr Wright assured Mr Moore that he would pass my references concerning Julia onto you. I have no confirmation yet of this happening.
Mr Moore has directed me to you, the three councillors elected to represent Leverstock Green - Ms Davis's Ward. Your website is somewhat misleading. By fortunate coincidence, I note that you all have fertile crossover areas of office relevant to this d!bacle.
[Object if you must, but the term is appropriate.]
If you are unaware, you may find this link helpful. It is the link for the article in Wednesday's Hemel Hempstead Gazette:
http://www.hemeltoday.co.uk/news/Family-facing-the-fear-of.3554514.jp
Already, it is the most read story of this week's Edition.
http://www.hemeltoday.co.uk/yoursay.aspx
Now click this link for the Thread on MoneySavingsExpert.com, where Ms Davis first set out her fears on 16 September, 2007:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=553259
Those fears were substantive and immediate, with a Court Hearing for Eviction set for the following day. Unbelievably, this same outcome, is scheduled BY YOU on 19 December, for Julia and her children, FROM YOUR OWN EMERGENCY HOUSING, should the Housing Review Panel, sitting on 17 December, not revoke the Decision of Intentional Homelessness.
Yes, we are all aware that to overturn such a decision would be new ground for Dacorum Borough Council. The fears of setting a precedent are understood.
This morning, Julia was interviewed on Three Counties Radio, which you may wish to listen to, from here:
#HYPERLINK "http://www.bbc.co.uk/cgi-perl/whatson/prog_parse.cgi?FILENAME=20071207/20071207_0600_50993_6330_180"http://www.bbc.co.uk/cgi-perl/whatson/prog_parse.cgi?FILENAME=20071207/20071207_0600_50993_6330_180
Further, Local Anglia television News filmed her, in situ, shortly before lunch -
this should be broadcast tonight or soon after:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=7101629&postcount=1632
You may not yet be aware that interest from Sir Trevor MacDonald and the National Press - Broadsheets and Redtops - is also mooted.
The thread upon which Julia began to write is now, be warned, 82 pages long.
May I ask you - urgently - to work together and rectify this labyrinthine downspiral. It is a true miscarriage of justice issuing from defective execution of Dacorum's own procedure and protocols and national guidelines.
Allow me to reference Coote and Gill also: 'Justice delayed is Justice denied.'
May I emphasise Ms Davis seeks no special treatment - just a fair, appropriate and transparently correct professional exercise of DACORUM's own procedure and Nationally prescribed protocol.
Let me draw your attention to the successful Appeal(26 August, 2005) made by Adam Fullwood concerning Intentionality:
http://www.gcnchambers.co.uk/index.php/gcn/news/success_in_intentionally_homeless_appeal
I took advice from Chambers early on.
Let me be blunt - if there needs to be face-saving on the part of some officials - I shall not name them - let that be so.
Ms Davis has committed no fault.
However, 'excess of zeal' has preceded many an unhappy fall from grace and dereliction of duty. I particularly believe that Ms Davis's courageous brightness, upright, caring intelligence and magnificent coping mechanism have mitigated against her. She fits no clich!'d set of weary parameters concerning 'The Homeless, The !!!!less, The Inadequate Parent'.
Dacorum Borough Council cannot mean to revert to Punch's 1851 Notion of the Deserving Poor - (pasted article edits)
Beneath the Surface: A Country of Two Nations
(Cartoon insert)
Many Victorian Britons struggled to understand and explain poverty. Was this because of circumstances beyond the individual's control or the direct result of their indolence? To discourage dependency, workhouse conditions were worse than the lowest standard of the independent labourer.
'Two nations between whom there is no intercourse and no sympathy; who are ignorant of each other's habits, thoughts and feelings, as if they were dwellers in different zones or inhabitants of different planets; who are formed by different breeding, are fed by different food, are ordered by different manners, and are not governed by the same laws ... THE RICH AND THE POOR.'
[Benjamin DISRAELI, 'Sybil', 1845.]
Read the support thread - all 1,639 posts of it, as I write - and you will see your HO's own state of mind and pressure of work revealed.
Yes, Councils have a difficult job.
I am sure you sought Office guided by strongly-held Principles.
As three democratically-elected Representatives, you can show why.
We, who 'live' with Julia on the EVICTION NOTICE SERVED Thread, do not witch-hunt: that is not the brief of this united and cohesive support group.
Please may I have your assurance that you will work together to resolve this matter in a fit and appropriate way, with due diligence, BEFORE the Appeal Date of 17 December.
If you need further assurance of how strongly her case is regarded, Meredith Fisher are representing Ms Davis - their very involvement should speak volumes to persons of your standing and specialisms - but seek Postponement of both Hearing and Eviction, should it be deemed necessary.
They will, of course, represent her in any subsequent Proceedings.
As a courtesy to Messrs Moore and Wright, this email will be copied to them also.
Thankyou for your attention.
As a gesture of good faith I sign this fully:

Thankyou for your acknowledgment, Ms Bassadone.
I had no aim to enter into discussion with you.
My sole object was to bring the situation of one of your Constituents to your attention.
Thankyou - toujours la femme sacr!e

Mr Wright, I am wrong on one point - the Eviction Date Ms Nazma Abdul Karim has set is 17 December; the Appeal Date is 19 December. It seems illogical that things should be this way round. Surely Eviction cannot precede Appeal?
I await your urgent response to all of this.
Thankyou again,
Sgd.

Ampersand, I am absolutely amazed by your latest posting. Words fail me! :T Mille grazie.
MOT and I had a lovely weekend with the twins and a nice meal with my Dad and sister. The hair disaster (I did the highlights, but it was the base colour that was all wrong) was recovered by MOT later and she looks her usual beautiful self. I've taken the day off work and as I have some guest vouchers for my health club at Sopwell House I'm taking MOT for some gym, swim, steam and jacuzzi. She is very 'down' at present and I'm hoping this will lift her spirits.0 -
Bless you, IT.
Please take my love especially to mot just now in her fragile state; as per earlier pm's - to be expected.
Ye Gods!- up at this since 5 something and still part-dressed - what a slattern!CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

I honestly do not think you should be putting the LA's employees email details and names on an open forum. You would be getting a solicitor's letter about harrassment if it was me , as would Martin as the owner of this site. Do what you feel you must to help but really keep private matters private.0

Thankyou krisskross, but many names of persons involved in mot's situation have already been posted here and all are available and promoted openly on official public documents and websites.
Perhaps you have missed the last few pages.
All that I have done(much not here), has been authorised, checked and approved in advance.
I would do nothing to jeopardise mot.
May we simply agree to disagree on approach here?
We all have mot's best interests at heart and, had DBC alone not lifted matters to this hard-line, Kafka-esque pitch, none of it would be necessary.
My kindest wishes to you.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

They are Public Service employees and their e-mail addresses are not confidential or private. This site, on all of its various forums, gives out e-mail addresses where they are helpfull to the subject under debate.
I fail to see that this could be viewed as 'harrassment' in any form whatsoever.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
