Copy of email that I have just sent to MP -

    Hello Mike,

I hope that you have received the above document and have been able to reply to it and contact Daniel Zammit. However, there has been a change to my situation in that my solicitor has now arranged for me to have a psychiatric report done next Wednesday 12th Dec. She then rang Nazma Abdul Karim Head of the Housing department to be told by her that I didn't need that report - that is not what the NowMedical report says! My solicitor has also requested a postponement of the appeal date and also a postponement of our eviction from the temporary accomodation. Nazma said in no uncertain terms that come what may we WILL have to leave this temporary accomodation on the 17th December - so Mike, where do we go????

Please, please, please will you intervene and see what you can do to stop this nightmare that is our life?

    Thank you,

So I'm just about to send MoT's MP email out ending with the following:

Whatever happened to compassion in this 'Christian' country of ours?

    Is that ok to go?

Oh really? Sounds like someone else who thinks they are above the law.

  • It seems to me that the LA are playing 'knock down dolly'. Every time MOT is knocked down, much to their surprise and annoyance she gets up again to continue the battle and whenever she's up the LA knock her down again. Well they are not going to win this one and when we succeed there is going to be so much of the brown smelly sticky stuff heading their way they will wish they'd got this right in the first place. How dare they make such a callous, inhumane decision without any seeming care or consideration for the welfare of MOT and her children? My dander is up now and boy are they in for a fight! I'm in the mood to have my uncle 'make them an offer they can't refuse'. Nailing a chicken to their door seems in order now! (that's an old Italian message - dont'a you mess'a wid us.) I tell you, the barricades will go up if they try to forcibly evict MOT & the twins on the 17th.

Apparently, Rog, she did used to be a member of the law and still seems to think she is!

    Morning all,

Had a fab sleep last night! Think it was because DD stayed at a friend's and I had the whole bed to myself:D

A few weeks ago when I-T was away I went to concert with friends D&T and I won a garden centre voucher worth £30, so this morning the twins and I are off to buy a patio rose for my sister and hubby for Christmas. Then we'll be off to I-T's for the rest of the weekend.

Hope you all have a lovely weekend and I no doubt will be popping onto the thread at some point xx

  • MOT's interview:

Some people have been able to download the mp3 conversion that I did, & some have had a bit of difficulty. If you can't get it from the link, please PM me your e-mail address & I'll e-mail the file to you. As the file is just over 6mb in size, please make sure you can receive e-mails of that size, otherwise the file will bounce.

I can also supply it in zipped form, which makes it just under 5.8mb if people prefer. Please specify zipped or unzipped, so that I know which one you'd like. I'm off out now, but I can start e-mailing them this afternoon. :)
