Bonjour mot - 2 points upon waking:
    1. Judicial Review - any prep. by FM on a 'just in case' basis yet?

    2. Any idea of what NAK is calling 'evidence' for a 'later Hearing' - from her call to FM when she insisted Eviction would proceed on Monday?(Remember, this alone is evidence of pre-judgment ahead of Hearing)

Can you send me a quick Y/N re:last pm last night please?
Hope Duxford was a great day for F and A.

With everything else revving up, there have been several posts querying your points.....focussing on your time of residence, either continuous or continual, within their definition. Does it help you? Presently or retrospectively?

Brenda was on good form again tonight - 'wrong kind of sand' and question of The Funny Place Where That Order Is Worn. Recipient NEARLY fell in - it was hanging there, almost said, when the answer came - 'on your back'. Sweet mischief.

Don't tell me, I've V+'d it! Was saving it to watch tonight.....DF's away :D

Just posted on HH Gazette's Have Your Say -
mot's story has dropped out of Most Popular Stories, but was there till about 6am.
I was concerned to read a Neg. comment, so sent this:
I AM ONE OF HUNDREDS SUPPORTING MS JULIA DAVIS ON THE 'EVICTION NOTICE SERVED' THREAD SHE BEGAN ON 16 SEPTEMBER, ON moneysavingexpert.com, THE WONDERFUL NOT-FOR-PROFIT SITE FOUNDED BY WELL-KNOWN FINANCIAL JOURNALIST, MARTIN LEWIS. THIS FREE SITE WITH ITS WEEKLY NEWSLETTER, HAS BEEN COMMENDED IN A PARLIAMENTARY MOTION.
I WRITE TO STEER YOUR CORRESPONDENT 'VICKY' TO THE TRUE CIRCUMSTANCES OF MS DAVIS' APPALLING PLIGHT. I AM CERTAIN 'VICKY' WILL WISH TO AMEND HER COMMENTS, WRITTEN WITHOUT THE BENEFIT OF ALL THE FACTS.
MS DAVIS AND HER 11 YEAR-OLD TWINS, FELICITY AND ADAM, ARE TO BE EVICTED FROM EMERGENCY HOUSING ON MONDAY, 17 DECEMBER, WITH ONE PARTICULAR COUNCIL INDIVIDUAL APPARENTLY PRE-JUDGING THE HOUSING REVIEW PANEL'S DELIBERATIONS.
MAY I URGE ALL YOUR READERS TO FOLLOW JULIA'S CASE ONLINE, AS CITED ABOVE. ALL THE FACTS ARE THERE - JULIA IS AN INNOCENT PAWN IN ALL OF THIS AND DACORUM BOROUGH COUNCIL HAVE MUCH TO ANSWER FOR. THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OMBUDSMAN MAY WELL HAVE ANOTHER COMPLAINT ON HIS HANDS. ALL SUPPORT IS WELCOME AND LOCAL INPUT MAY COUNT FOR EVEN MORE BEFORE MONDAY.
