mot-replies from MP and RobW -
former, pos. acknowledgment;latter - strong input and you'll meet RW/MM together today.
It's sunny, if frosty, but worth a smile, mot. Can you muster one for Your Public?
    :A , remember.
MM and RW came to flat as SW was finishing our meeting - I was in the kitchen making tea and coffee for the gents when I completely fell apart! SW was brilliant and will be writing report for the appeal to back up my depression and lack of coping mechanism.

RW has gone to council now for meeting to do with my situation with Chief Exec and Leader of the Council and will be contacting me later. MM focusing on all matters but is liasing with FM too and will be in touch before Firday when he has a meeting here with I-T and I.

Spoken to solicitor who says she is hoping that appeal can be postponed until after Christmas and New Year, and that she has written/faxed council about us staying here in temporary accomodation.

    Hi MOT

I'm sorry things are harder to cope with this week but as I said sometimes its good to let the guard down for interested parties to see just how much it affects you. I hope they are sucessful this week in securing the postponemnt of the appeal.

Take care and you have my number

  • I am so glad that you have finally let your guard down hun ))))))))))))))HUGS))))))))))))))

Now you have done a marathon task today and you have been up before the roads have had a chance to air, so Aunty Gs advice for today is make a nice large mug of cocoa or whatever you fancy and take yourself back off to bed for a lie down. You need it and you so deserve it. ))))))))))))))))HUGS))))))))) A power nap will help you cope with the rest of the day. You have contacted everyone had the meetings so now let others do the work and worrying for a couple of hours. Go lay down I expect to see you off line asap.

    ))))))))))))))))HUGS)))))))))))))))))))))))

    A beautiful post gillianh2.
Hope you don't mind my saying so, rather than just hitting the Thanks button.
    It's group hug time, mot.

    Thanks Ampersand.
The work you are doing is briliant and the e-mails and letters brilliant. By the scheme of things we should all get a reply to our e-mails tmwr as the 5 days will be up. Be interesting to see if we all get the same reply!
How can Julia fail with yours and SF and Floss batting away for her. You all deserve a medal but we will have to make do with cake and champers. I will of course be e-mailing "Brenda" to ask her to "gong" you. I so enjoyed last nights programme and when reading the posts had to think who "brenda" was!!!! I was having a "senior moment":D

))))))))))))))))HUGS))))))))))))))) to All Mots stalwarts sorry if I missed any names off but you know who you are.

I_T I havent forgotten you of course but we all know how much you care for MOT. Its just these gals I feel deserve a special mention

Can Dacorum evict without going to court and seeing a judge and getting an eviction notice, then going back to court and applying for baliffs?

I would not have thought so, s-c, but, so far, Dacorum seem to be acting as 'a law in themselves'.

Well, mot - I was away for less than a day - and it's taken me almost half an hour to catch up with your thread.
I have to say that the momentum of the thread is incredible - matched only by the urgency of a favourable outcome.
Ampersand - you are excelling yourself.:A

My only hope now is that people will actually act on the pressure of public opinion - we need a result in less than a week.
How can a Council appear to be so stubborn?

They are, quite literally, playing with people's lives.
