  • I have emailed GMTV - hope we can get some positive feedback, I am out today but MOT you can get me on my mobile,

    Am concerned that FM - have not seemed to do anything about a JR, which would assure you the right to stay in the flat until the out come of the appeal.

    Have just left a message for solicitor re: Judicial Review. Now waiting for HA Support Worker to come and visit (due 9.15am).

    How am I feeling today? So far not too bad..............

    Have just posted this in response to the negative comment posted on the article:

    Perhaps if you read the relevant Government guidance, you will realise that being classed as "intentionally homeless" is not as clear cut as you think. In fact HB was being claimed, and if you read the "Eviction Notice Served" thread on the DFW board of https://www.moneysavingexpert.com, you will realise that there were circumstances which SHOULD have been taken fully into account when making the decision.

    Can Dacorum evict without going to court and seeing a judge and getting an eviction notice, then going back to court and applying for baliffs?

    I understand that answer to be yes, due the type of tenancy that MoT has at the moment. They have already given notice to quit....maybe someone else can clarify?
