Really quick one from me. £150 shuffled into the savings pot, I am working all day today which will add some too :D

DH has asked for a cheeky takeaway curry tonight, and even better he is paying out of his business for it so happy days! So today will technically be a NSD ;)

Must dash and get ready for work, have good MFW days all xx

    Morning all,

Just shuffled £90 into savings pot. Have some cash to pay into the bank today which will then be shuffled across too. An eBay item sold for £8 so will transfer that also.

DH is exhausted. I am insisting he goes for a massage as he is so so achey. I keep reminding him this isn't forever, one day in the not too distant future he can run his business from the sidelines but have lads working for him to take the physical strain.

    Morning all

I have a tummy bug :o so today is a write off. DH at work, kids at school and Pre-school.

Just re-listed an item on eBay and worked out we should have £4K in the pot by month end.

    Savings aims (running total)

    June - £4K
    July - £6.5k
    August - £9k
    September - £12k
    October - £15.5k
    November - £18.5k
    December - £20k

Good to have it all written down so I can check back against this :)

    Don't we all :rotfl:

    Morning All,

    Feeling much better thanks :j

Ebay item so on BiN straight away so £34 shuffled to the pot. Our bank account is looking a little sad at the moment, need to ascertain where our money has been going this past week.

DH has a bit of an issue with work - a potential non-payer. This happened last year, and nearly b*******ed us up completely. I am hoping it gets resolved ASAP, not only do we need the money but the additional stress is just hideous. He is exhausted enough without that.

If it gets sorted, he will take £2k out of the company at month end. If not, I may leave the money where it is for now....

This just galvanises me to pay the mortgage off even faster so he can drop the stress like a hot potato....

I've caught up whilst watching golf! Fantastic progress made, as expected. All that earlier talk about using up cupboard and freezer supplies, but we have no chance. Mrs SJ is on permanent preparation mode for when the zombie apocalypse happens. We have more beans and spaghetti hoops that Aldi!
