    Hugs for you FBO x

Just the dailies done here this week. Busy day planned tomorrow. Wondering whether to cut the grass now as it looks like it might rain.
Spend less now, work less later.
  • Glad to hear that CY is at home (plumps up the cushions on the flylady sofa).

But very sad to hear about Ozzie.

Paid stuff all done, I am tidying my desk rather than leaving it all in a mess. DH washing up by the sounds of things, should I go and help I wonder?

Cycling tomorrow then out with some friends so very little flying will get done. I must get DS2 to strip his bed though.

The wine bottle calls, enjoy the rest of Friday ladies x

Lost the post I typed yesterday evening, and was simply too tired to retype it then  Most of it is history now.

But I wanted to send FBO a big (((hug))) and say how sorry I am to hear about Ozzie's passing - it's always hard to lose a friend. Be gentle with yourself, but at the same time stay strong about the things that matter. So glad that you didn't have to take Ozzie on your own.

Well done to Master Moo on a very good week at school :T

Lots more bits got done yesterday, including a very interesting exercise in preparation for Tuesday's lecture, and DH has got his car back :)
We are off to Cathedral City early this morning with a display of our resource boxes. Had hoped to go to the GC on the way home, but we're taking with us a non-driving friend who is going to a different meeting, so I'm not sure how the return timings will work out.

Hope everyone gets time to relax this weekend. Will see you on the new thread tomorrow. (((Hugs))) spoons and sticks all round x

Thing not good with sis, she has had radiotherapy for a new tumour on her spine. Not sure if we're going down. D D came home so house in chaos as all moved stuff was stores in her room. Planned to go through and fling steadily.
Instead I am negotiating piles and have no GUAG anyway

  • Morning all,

Big hugs to Valli, FBO and CY.

Been up since silly o'clock with the kids. DS nappy had leaked (very unusual) so he cried loudly, waking DD up in the process. So far I've WUDUPA, emptied DW, pegged out, sorted a lot of recycling, fed everyone and put the WM back on.

Thanks for the car selling vibes, it sold last night so when I have banked the cash that's more money to throw at the mortgage.

A gentle day planned, much needed. Big hugs all round xx

(((Hugs))) to Valli and prayers for your sis.

Change of plan: despite having had £££ spent on it this week, my new laptop with all my church and college work on it is playing silly whatsits and won't load properly. We have cancelled our trip to Cathedral City and I am taking it back to the engineer.

However, DDiL2 just emailed to ask if the family can come for a meal sometime today or tomorrow, and I could say "Yes" :D

Massive *coping vibes* and (((hugs))) for FBO, CY and Valli.

Back later with an update on (hate the word) winterising the house, a room to be turned around and then vegging out.
    Better is good enough.

FBO (((HUGS))) It's the final act of love we can do for our beloved dogs.
If Ozzie looks ahead of him, he'll see my dear friend Bailey, who crossed Rainbow Bridge just a couple of days ago.

(((HUGS))) to Valli & sis, and to CY also.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
