That sounds attractive, Mrs MP ;)

Anyone joining me for 40min whizz round the ground floor?
    I'm off!

Different does not even begin to describe it and I'm guessing taking a giant can opener to it to take the side off to gain access won't improve it much either;) just hoping ds1 isn't too impressed and fancies his own stage in own back garden:rotfl:
I was naughty and sent dd1 a video of the first couple of attempts at 'landing' it - her gob was well and truly smacked:rotfl:

Running to catch you up bossy, so far downstairs is tidy I'll take the stuff off the stairs that I need to rehome and head for the bathroom
PS well done on having baggy jeans bossy, I've managed to lose about as stone of summer excess but so far nothing feels baggy just a bit less tight

Washing blowing on the line, just debating whether to do the bedding?
Waiting in for Npower to fix a smart meter sometime between 8am and 1pm, still waiting!

Going to get the hoover out and run through the house, need to write shopping list after I've decided what to have for tea all next week.(Trying to be much more organised )

Get well wishes to all in need

    See you soon x

    That's good news notimetospare X

Very productive here! Emptied DW and sorted sink area, picked up and rehomed all bits of tat from kitchen and hall, vacced all downstairs, took DS teddies back up to his room and put away a few more bits, cleaned 2 sinks, loos and windowsills, then made a cup of tea! Phew!

Need to put away my tax paperwork and straighten my desk then I can have an hour or so doing my homework and having a read of one of the textbooks I borrowed from the college library... Want to do my planner for next week, too.

Not sure I'd be too wild about a container in the garden next door either although watching it being installed sounds worthy of a bucket of popcorn. Second load in the WM, first pegged out although I'm now so shattered I had to ask OH to peg his own shirts out, beef in the slow cooker for Sunday, Morrison's whoopsies from yesterday crammed into the freezer, washing up up to date and I'm back on the sofa. There's a sort of hypnotic fascination to watching The Trump ....

Well done on the saggy, baggy jeans Bossy.
    Better is good enough.
  • Just popping on to send hugs to FBO, I hope Ozzie isn't in too much pain or distress xx

I've been baking, batch-cooking and money shuffling, I've started a MFW diary on that board. DH is back late tonight, then working all weekend and off away on Monday for two weeks. He is physically exhausted, we hardly ever see each other, it's not a long term recipe for success....

Grumble over, must go do something productive. xx

  • Thanks for all the good wishes. Unfortunately Ozzie has crossed the rainbow bridge. He was in pain and didn't respond to a drip so it wasn't fair to keep him going. Thankfully DH was sent home from work so we could both be there at the end.

There is a huge Ozzie shaped hole at the bottom of the stairs. They asked if we wanted his ashes - DH said, not if we have to scatter them in his favourite spot!

Everyone with your own dogs (and other pets), give them a big hug from me tonight please. And Docky - if yeewz see a lassie type doggie looking lawst, show himz where the Dentastix and sawsages are pleese.

Oh no, RIP furry one, so sorry to hear that xxx

I'm posting from my phone as I think my broadband is down. I'm also wondering if I've been hit by HPs annoying firmware blip. Homework done but not printed. Still have reading to do as well.

Just going to chill for 20 then go get the littlies.

Huge (((hugs))) FBO. Oz will be able to join the real Honey Bear, Pumpkin and Mrs Dog where all dogs get to play all day, eat chocolate for every meal and sleep in a warm, comfortable bed. We are so, so lucky to have had them in our lives.
