Ok he has no chance of compensation other than the customer service type refund and £20 voucher but putting that aside, how is the 2nd point relevant? If a company put a razor blade in every 3rd carton of juice and didn't tell anyone would the fact that the consumer had a 1 in 3 chance and they personally chose the carton make the company any less liable? NEWSFLASH: Should help with the case:

The following was from the TESCO CCTV system in the Tomato Juice Factory...one worker was heard to cry out 'where's ma Ham Sandwich gone...I put it down on that tomato...no that one...no that one....got it.....no...I can feel it.....'

I would like to agree with the suggestion that it is mold, but if I had to choose a meat, I would say it looks more like chicken than ham.
