Lol love your dream Jackie, I bet you woke up exhausted with all that going on.
So far have cleared the boys out, pair socks, thrown Holey ones away, sorted through a pile of DGS toys and set aside some for the CS, need to take mils cakes round then I can go through the toy box, and hopefully kondo some of that into a CS bag so they all fit in one place.
I will also do the ironing before work as well.SPC~12 ot 124

Morning all
Its chilly here today. DD went to put her school jumper on and discovered she'd given me the wrong one for the charity pile, she's put the other on and asked that I dig the one that fits properly out. I guess its a good job it wasn't collected last week! Zack was cold as well so I've got his jumper out. He was most excited at putting a red fair isle jumper on and is much happier :rotfl: He's currently protecting his toy dog from me by laying on top of it. Normally he just lays on the sofa and snoozes while I'm on the computer but he's been playing since I put the jumper on him
I've got mince out of the freezer with plans to make everlasting mince, (basic mince mix for bolognese, lasagne, chilli etc) as I have lots of veg which needs using up in the fridge as well as red lentils which have been in the cupboard forever so it seems lol I'm going to make chips and a crumble while the oven is on baking lasagne. I'll try to get some baking done as well. How this plan goes I don't know though as I have lots of paperwork to do first and I need to pop to the shop.
Right, going to spend until 10am carrying on with the job for DD on the computer then I'll go find the jumper for DD, get dailies finished and paperwork done. See you at lunch time :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

This is true - how very perceptive of you! Welcome, btw.
*malaria table finding vibes* heading your way Narco, *toe healing vibes* heading yours, Ionafan, and thumb healing vibes on their way to Master Moo. I hope CY's feeling a bit better today, too.
I cream-crackered myself yesterday but the froggie job of washing down the paintwork on the two biggest windows in the house has been done, and Level 1 of yesterday's list completed. I was planning on giving the shower room a blitz today, so that's useful.
Someone, I think it may have been Dancemum, very kindly asked after Kelpie the other day. He's fine, raring to go, happy with life and very bouncy. His legs are much better despite the fact that he's being walked more than he should, so as long as there is a gradual improvement I'm chuffed to bits with him and it makes the sleeping in sitting room all worthwhile. I can't believe it's been three months. The vet nurse who does his hydrotherapy is very interested in nutrition so we're seriously tweaking his food and I have to say that's produced excellent results, in every sense of the phrase. He had a Kong stuffed with mince and frozen this morning as his breakfast and I swear he was sucking it. Very, very funny.Better is good enough.0 -

Came home to find a large tractor outside my house!, bearing in mind I live on a residential estate, that was most odd, but it seems the bloke was cutting back trees!

Good to hear that Kelpie is doing well, too. The wolves at the Anglian Wolf Society enjoy frozen treats, too, but they get theirs "as nature intended" because a Kong wouldn't last long with lupine teeth. :rotfl:
We picked a potful of blackberries yesterday afternoon, despite the fact that it was drizzling (we just put on our wet-weather dog-walking gear) so they went in the freezer; I've just taken out a frozen carrot'n'orange mix, to do a cake later on; that'll serve for dessert for a few days.
And my Frog was the Ronnie nose-art, which has now gone.If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
My plan of being uber organised this morning went to pot, I nipped cakes round mils and ended up doing her cleaning, sorting some stuff for the CS for her, playing a futile game of hunt the bathmat and locating damp/ mould under her bathroom Lino so had to lift that and try to dry it. Me and Dh will have to take it all up at the weekend so give it all a chance to dry or to access wether it's a plumbing problem or if it's caused by spills and too much wet mopping.
I've been to work, Dh has been fed and turned to work, now I'm trying to sort through DGS toy box to decide what's staying. I still have ironing to do.
Cuppa anyone?SPC~12 ot 124

Afternoon everyone,
Bathroom all done and dusted.
I can tell the difference in the house already! Have decluttered lots of useless carp that was just gathering dust in corners of the rooms. Lets see how long before anyone notices!! It clearly hadn't been used in quite some time!!
Body Balance class this morning, not much balancing done by yours truly, never mind as the saying goes, practice makes perfect! (Much practising needed I can tell you)
At the paid stuff tomorrow and Thursday so level 1 only, but back with gusto on Friday.
Just stopped for a cuppa then what to make for tea?
See you soon x0 -

Jackywhizz great dream!
Managed to get more malaria tabs from the pharmacist at my GP. Means we missed one dose, but nothing we can do about it now - only 2 more to go so fingers crossed. Drove to meet Mr N at a garden centre so he could have his tab - horrified that at the entrance was a big advert for the Christmas Preview Evening in 4 days time............
Went to zumba.
Finished putting away all holiday stuff and clean washing. Emptied case of sand and dust!
Started to sort out work but both uni laptop and my PC decided to do huge updates.
Checked my parking permit has come through for uni tomorrow as they have a new electronic recognition system which I don't want to blow up! Seems to be all in order.
Need to get a wiggle on now, haven't touched bathroom yet and I need to label paperwork for tomorrow's assessment.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.0 -
Hope CY & Valli's sister are as well as can be X
Flying has been mostly at my parents' home today.
No news on job front yet.
Feel like I am getting a cold.0
