Your Christmas sounds nice if a little accident prone SSG
. I'm glad your John Lewis vouchers have arrived.
Tier 4 isn't much fun for people, but the Oxford vaccine being approved at least gives us hope for the spring. It's going to be a bit of a miserable January and February though for a lot of people. We must stay strong though as the spring will come eventually and we've coped with nine months of this virus so far, the end is in sight.

I’m glad your JL vouchers arrived. I’d sent a card with a small cash present in which also arrived today. I thought I’d seen the last of that.
Yes T4 for a large section of the population isn’t good but I suppose it is a necessary evil. This virus is just absolutely horrible.Your Christmas sounded eventful....pleased nobody was seriously hurt in all the mishaps and that you had a good time.
The show tickets sound amazing and definitely something to look forward to 👍January spends - £587.583 -
Thanks Hairy and milann. 😀
There's a page on the BBC news website via my tablet where you can enter your age, postcode and any underlying health conditions and it tells you when you are likely to receive the vaccine. My results said February - I did this the other week so not sure if it has changed at all now. Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

I saw something quite amusing on FB, one of those you have to laugh or you’d cry things. It went along the lines of ‘It’s now 2030. Essex are in Tier 58. You can only look at your relatives through a mirror whilst wearing a hazmat suit. Schools are open as normal’. 🤣🤣 Thanks to the vaccine that’s not going to happen 🤞🙏I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

I entered my details to see when I would be eligible for the vaccine and mine said may to June. Love that it tells you how many people are in front of you to have the vaccine.x:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.003

So nearly the end of 2020 - a year that will be remembered for years to come!Today I popped to the Post Office and posted DD's calendar and the birthday cards. Also topped up on some more stamps before the price increases. No snow here - but dull and felt quite cold compared to yesterday. Ended up watching an old black and white Bette Davis film - Now Voyager - which is one of my favourites. I think watching an old black and white film snug and cosy on a winter's day is really nice. 😀
I've also updated my 2021 calendar with birthdays etc - not much to add re event wise but fervently hope this will change as the weeks go on. Looking back on the 2020 calendar my last trip to the theatre was in February when DD and I saw Upstart Crow before we went on our Norwegian cruise - this seems like a lifetime ago.I will be sitting up tonight to toast in the New Year with a glass or two of bubbly - first one I've spent on my own. I'll be in touch with my family though so I'm very lucky to be able to do this.Wishing all my MSE friends and others out there in diaryland a very happy New Year and hopes for a positive healthy 2021 to all.See you on the other side.SSG xxxx🍾🍾🥳🥳🥂❤️Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Happy New Year 🥂 No snow here either, had some very briefly a couple of days ago, but it disappeared as soon as the sun came out. Let’s hope things will start slowly getting back to normality 🙏I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3
