  • Did mils cleaning while I was there, sorted her money and her meds out. Rang Drs to check on flu and B12 jabs and put the bo bags out.
Ds2 has headed off for his first shift so I've asked him to book table for birthday meal - that will ensure his shifts are not clashing with it.

Going to grab a cuppa now as a lady on the park just stopped me to check I was alright as she said I look frazzled, so I promised her I'd have a 10 min sit down when I got in. Lol she was so sweet bless her.

    Hope everyone is ok.

  • Evening all,

Utterly pooped. Lazy tea of pizza on the cards (only because the duck I got out of the freezer hasn't defrosted yet!)

Going to peg a wash out then slob in front of the TV. Big hugs all round xx

  • Oh dear not much done.

Did manage daily stuff, hhi and a tiddly bit of weeding.
Dd1 to dentist, then we went for a coffee / pop and cake in town, then swimming. So quite a nice day really.

MrsMP, if random people are telling you that you need to sit down for ten minutes, then it is time for some serious me time!

Nicki, hope your tooth feels better soon. I've just arrived at mum and dads, a they are having the children tomorrow while I work - mum is having a similar problem as you and thinks she has an abcess, it is painful and makes you feel really ill all over.

Right, I'm off for a sneaky glass of my dad's beer, then to bed. hugs all xx

We stopped at Van Hage for lunch with friends. Next time I'm there, we'll try to arrange a Flymeet!

Now in a hotel overlooking the TYne - but only until after breakfast. I have flown: I washed up after our picnic supper last night :rotfl:

(((Hugs)) to all, spoons and sticks where needed. Hope you're OK, CY.

    Morning!

Feels quite autumnal here today - very grey and drizzly- but sort of feels nice. Really like summer but I do love Autumn :)

I'm showered, dressed, hair done, a wash done and hung upstairs due to weather, DW on and I'm in potter mode.

I have a party food shop coming this morning, need to collect DD "description" ;) and go to the bottle bank.

Then I will start making room for the decorator - she's coming tonight for a peep and chat, and I will need to go paint shopping tomorrow!!!

First though - I never did sort the downstairs loo yesterday
