Thanks Maman for the advice, I ended on 9.5 syns yesterday so am off to a good start banking them.

Will post my meals later as have no idea yet. I'm off for a walk later with a new mummy friend who lives 3 doors down, and if I make it to breastfeeding group later I'll have a little walk by sea too.

    Thanks for chart Shala x

Well done to topgirl and rosylee on joint SOTW! :T:T

And thank you Shala for the chart. I can see that my pattern for this challenge has been big loss, tiny loss, gain, big loss, gain. I think that after a good loss I let loose a bit at weekends (I weigh in on a Sat) and that's where the problem lies. I thought I was doing enough Monday to Friday to balance it but it's obviously not enough Time to put a stop to that once and for all and just stay on plan 99% of the time (allowing myself a bit of leeway for special events!)

    Thank you Shala and everyone!

Reporting another 1 this week please :)

Had a tummy bug yesterday :( Managed two cups of tea, a HEXB bread roll and some chicken and vegetable noodle soup.

    Better today happily :)

B - Mushroom omelette with worcester sauce

D - Chicken and vegetable noodle soup, an apple, 1/4 of a melon and an alpen light

T - Chicken Goulash, mashed potatoes and vegetables

Another Alpen light before bed if I fancy it. Syns of worcester sauce french fries if I fancy them. Just not forcing food down for the sake of it at the moment. The soup was a godsend!

I need to get my head back in the game after Thursday weigh in, i'm hoping to just maintain this week, I avoided takeaway at work last night so surely I deserve not to gain!! ;)
