Budge up on the naughty step please! Yesterday OH finally got made permanent in his job
. He's been there 20 months and missed out a couple times on a permanent contract but he got offered it yesterday. So it's a huge weight off our minds especially now we have the baby too. So we went out to celebrate. We were going to go to the all you can eat pan Asian restaurant but when we got there it had closed down! So we went to pizza express. I did make good choices, I had the mozzarella salad to start and the leggara pizza but then got tempted by chocolate cake
. Worked out at 45syns, but I did have 17.5syns banked and 20 for that day so only just over. Plus I get 4 hea's a day due to breastfeeding so I'm sure I can deduct 6 syns from the total for the cheese as I only used one in the day...!
I was banking syns for a wedding on Sat so now need to either be super strict or forget this week lol.* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

Well done to your OH Flutterby and I hope yours gets well soon Ruby.
My home scales show that I have lost the 2lbs I put on last week, so now I'm pushing for another two pounds which will take me to the two stone lost mark. Whatever happens, at least I'm not dreading weigh-in on Saturday now!0 -
Had to go to a different group this week to weigh in.
down 1 lb
I was hoping for a bit more but different scales so.....0 -
Morning all
I've just looked up the syns for my lunch in Morrisons yesterday: Morrisons Cafe Omelettes with Mushrooms, Tomatoes & Beans (per serving) 11
How can it possibly be that many syns for foods that are all Free? The omelettes may have been cooked in oil but they were by no means oily so it wasn't enough to warrant that many syns, and the mushrooms weren't fried, they were microwaved. Next time, I'm having the Big Breakfast. :rotfl: (with fried bread!)(35 syns)
That broke the bank for the week, but fortunately as I went to class last night, today is the start of the week as far as syns are concerned. That might have had a serious impact on my weekend wine otherwise.
Pleased to hear your OH's news flutterby and best wishes for a good recovery for your OH Ruby.
Todays menu:
B: banana, pear and yogurt
L: Morrisons beef ravioli (1.5 syns), carrots and spinachHM meatballs with tagliatelle. The meatballs will be in a sauce containing carrots, peppers, onions and tomatoes for speed.
HEA: milk in tea. HEB: undecided again, maybe 2 Ryvita and LC cheese spread for supper.
Syns: 2 finger kitkat 5.5, Highlight 2 - total 9.
Have a great day everyone.

Did you weigh at the same time of day as you usually do? That can make a difference to.
