Well done on the loss shala (and to all the other losers this week!).
Thanks for all the wishes for DH - he's currently sitting on the sofa playing some NFL game on his playstation so he's happy. In a bit of pain but we get to take the bandages off today so he's excited about seeing just how bad the bruising is. Men...*sigh*
Meal plan is a bit up in the air as DH keeps changing his mind on what he want's to eat (letting him decide this week as he's been through it a bit). But I am managing to stick to plan! Hopefully today is looking like this:
B - Weetabix (HEB and 1/2 HEA), 2 clementines
L - Speed soup, carrot sticks, celery
D - Sausage and fennel pasta with cheese (2 syns and 1/2 HEA), mixed salad leaves, cucumber
S - Strawberries and blueberries with FF yogurt, hot chocolate (2.5 syns)
Have also managed to keep up the exercise this week, so will finish the 4 week program on Sunday. I can see that my arms and legs are a lot more toned and my bum has got a bit smaller. Hope you all have a lovely weekend
I suspect he understands only too well but......;)
I know I probably come across as bossy but I just stopped buying cheese except for high days and holidays. I love it myself so it was easier to just almost ban it from the house while I was getting to target. I bought occasional Laughing Cow triangles but that was about it. I buy my DH a few biscuits but only enough for 1 or 2 a day and he does eat more bread than me (lunchtime sandwich) but I think men are allowed more syns anyway. Tough Love!!!:rotfl:
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB bread, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham with fried veg and picklesfish parcels, SW chips, green stuff (asparagus, peas, mange tout, broccoli?)
Syns: scrape of spread, weekend wine:j0 -
