Brilliant, thanks Maman :). I would much rather save the extras up for treats. I must have misunderstood at the first group. I thought I had to eat between 5 & 15 syns a day. Chocolate is much more enticing :D

Prudent~~the official SW line is min of 5 syns a day max 15.
But you can 'bank' them and use over the week.

Looking forward to getting a bit more veg, in addition to continual salad leaves!

Enjoyed the holiday and hoping to get away again but depends on DH's operation.

Thanks for the chart shala, hope work quietens down for you soon (says the person who's been working ridiculous hours for over a year now...) and well done to topgirl and rosylee!

Last day in the office for me this week as DH is having an ankle op tomorrow so I have the day off and then just working from home so I can look after him. Just need to get through today and then I can kind of relax.

B - Porridge (HEB and 1/2 HEA), strawberries, blueberries
    L - Speed soup, 2 clementines
D - Beef Goulash, rice, mixed veg
    S - Popcorn (2.5 syns), hot chocolate (2.5 syns)

Hope everyone has a great (on plan) day - WE CAN DO THIS!

First full day back on plan and it'll be a Green day.

    B - onion, pepper & mushroom omlette
    L - cheese salad (HEA1)
D - cauliflower cheese (4 syns for sauce mix) extra cheese on top HEB1); SW chips
    S - Ryvita (HEB2); butter 4 syns

May not need the 2nd HEB so if not will save 4 syns, which would of course be good!

Well done Top Girl & Rosylee on joint SOTW:T:T

    Morning all

Thanks for the chart Shala and well done to our 2 SOTWs :T

Sorry to hear about those of you who are struggling with work - I used to be in the same position so I know what it's like. In fact I got to the heaviest weight I've ever been when I was doing the most stressful job, purely because I was grabbing whatever food was available, which wasn't healthy. I'm so glad not to be in the rat race anymore.

Day One was successful, I only had 5 syns and I didn't really need them but hey ho. I also had a green day yesterday but treated it as EE and only had 1 HEB so I've saved 6 syns there (not that I'm counting them towards my weekly total :rotfl:).

    Today's menu:
    B: orange and nectarine
L: LO sausage ragout (contains onion, tomato and pepper for speed)
D: BGTY quarterpounders, SW chips and salad.

I've currently got 2 pound cakes sitting on the shop counter, reduced to half price as they're out of date today - moist chocolate and lemon - and I'm really hoping someone snaps them up before we close at lunchtime. Its not looking likely at the moment, we've only had 2 customers so far. I might give them to the lads that work on the site to save me being tempted by them, although the chocolate one is definitely calling to me... I wonder how many syns there would be in a teeny tiny slice.....

Loving the pet pictures - they make me want one, but I'm allergic to cats and a dog wouldn't fit into our lifestyle currently. Maybe when we're retired.

Well, the laptop is holding up so far, I'm tempting fate now. Maybe it knows I'm looking for a replacement! :D

    Have a good day everyone.

    LL :)
