Oh can I have some advice please? I have a wedding party on Saturday night, it's away so we are staying over Sat night. It's my friends wedding and I really want to let my hair down and enjoy myself as I've been pregnant/breastfeeding all year, and won't be properly drinking again til Xmas now. But after my maintain this week I'm not sure. Would you do a flexible syn day or should I say have 10 syns a day til then (I get 20) so I'd have 60 banked? The danger area will be the buffet meal, alcohol and food the next day. I'll try make good choices in buffet but as a veggie that's not always easy to do.* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

I'd bank as many as you can for the wedding flutterby. If you did go over the 60 (or whatever you bank) you might still not lose the following week but it wouldn't be as bad.
That's my personal opinion as I've saved syns for weekends ever since I started and it suits my lifestyle. What SW would say is go to the wedding, set yourself a number of syns you need (like 60), enjoy it and get back on plan straight away the next day. So they say take the hit and get back on plan. I'd say be prepared and have a syn bank ready.
ETA: went to the GP today for a follow up test after my chest infection last month (apparently I'm officially normal:D) and they weighed me. According to their scales I'm still in target range by 2lbs. Pleased with that so staying on plan this week will push me towards the bottom end.:)
prudent, unfortunately SW roast potatoes and parsnips are done with frylight. You could just brush parboiled potatoes with some oil and hope for the best or just make potato and parsnip mash. Not the same though.:(0 -
Feeling slightly apprehensive about working tonight.
Food for today -
B - fried eggs, toast (hexb), spaghetti hoops.
L - spaghetti bolognese (sw recipe - packed with speed)
D - tuna salad - cucumber, peppers, spinach and mixed leaves.

Hexa - milk in tea

Great losses for you, ruby and mrsp.
Have fun in Madrid, mrsp. We enjoyed the museum of printing.
Well, shala, I have to report +0.4lbs. Had hoped for STS, so I’m a bit disappointed. Ach well, if I hadn’t tried to recoup my syns overload, it would have been worse. Hoping for a better week, although I’m out for lunch at least twice.

Lunch: hexb roll, 2 laughing cow light triangles (3), roasted red peppers, tomato and salad leaves

Maman Thank you. I used some of my syns to put olive oil on the parsnips. I also used syns for some gravy. I am not sure if I have to use all 5 syns every day? I was under today so had 50g of full fat Greek yoghurt with a banana. It seemed a bit silly as I already felt like I had eaten enough.
I feel a bit like I have eaten for Scotland this week. I am beginning to think I will be their only member who gains weight week one :eek:0 -
That's a good start tie . I know what you're saying about inclusion but if it becomes impossible to manage a child's needs in mainstream then they can be moved to special ed. At least that's what happens in my area. It seems at your school the child is being kept there to your detriment.
Back on topic: how do you make your onion gravy syn free topgirl ?
Thanks for the handcream tip gettingthere
I supposed we have to go through the motions before there's that decision. There's also the fact he's already at the behavioural unit, which WAS proving successful. Just seems to have regressed. Still time to turn it around before transitioning back to full time in mainstream. Dreading what this week will bringIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Back from my holiday and have a partly SW friendly day today, although not completely as had to use white bun with burger this evening. Did manage to include some Speed foods today with salad leaves & tomatoes at lunchtime and onions & more salad leaves tonight with burger & fried up LO boiled potatoes (cooked extra yesterday to ensure there would be enough for today).
Doing a big shop tomorrow to top up the cupboards and freezer having run down before the holiday.
Not looking forward to the scales on Thursday as have definitely put on quite a bit of weight over the last 5 weeks since going back to France but still not as bad as it could have been.
