Finally got internet for a while but it's for a limited time. Have had a quick read through.
Can't remember everything I wanted to say! But here goes on what I can remember. Congratulations to Top Girl on SOTW.
Well done to all the losers, especially Sammy for a great 1st week loss.
Still not managing much sw friendly eating but am eating some salad with nearly every meal so at least some Speed food every day.
Only have a few days left and will be well and truly back on the wagon from Monday evening.

maman, that’s pretty much what I do with fish too. And burn lovely scented candles in all the downstairs rooms too. And squirt the kitchen with Glade. And have the window open and the cooker hood on. It just seems to hang around for days . Maybe I have a very sensitive nose, lol.
Hi, Prudent, come on in and join the fun!
Well done on your community award, beanie - that must be so pleasing for you.

Morning everyone and welcome Prudent!
Last night was a great laugh at the staff awards and I actually won highly commended (jointly with my boss) for unsung hero of the year. I was really proud of our team as our most junior member won runner up in the same category and our system manager actually won the category. Was a very fun night (even the helping to fix a poor stranded woman's car in the car park). Food wise I was a little bit naughty - there weren't many SW friendly options as it was a BBQ, but I did have salad leaves, greek salad with a small bit of feta for the other half of my HEA, a chicken drumstick with the skin off, sweet potato wedges and then potato salad. Could have been worse I suppose! Stuck to diet coke all night too as I was driving.
Today we have our Macmillan coffee morning but I'm just donating, I'm not eating it!
B - Porridge (HEB, 1/2 HEA), strawberries
L - Speed soup, melon, tomatoes, carrot sticks
D - Pork chops (without the fat), mash potato and mixed veg
S - 2.5 syns of popcorn
