Great losses this morning rosy and betty and well done on your 3.5 stone shiny emmy.:T:T:T

Strangely enough although I enjoyed the fish and chip supper last night I am going off fish in batter. I think my palate is getting geared up to healthy food :D.

topgirl, I almost never have any Speed with my breakfast. I balance it across the day and probably aim for more like a half a plate at lunch and dinner. One downside of eating out for 5 days this week was that I missed having LO veg available for lunches. I'm already planning to do masses tomorrow to make up for it.

I bought a couple of packs of YS 5% pork mince yesterday so I'm going to make some pork burgers for the freezer. I've got an old SW recipe with sage and onion. I'm going to prep them while I'm listening to Swans v Liverpool so hope it's just the onions that make me cry.:(

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: veggie omelette (tomato, mushrooms, spring onions) with pickled cabbage
D: cod in Mediterranean dressing (YS Asda 1 syn) with SW chips, mushrooms and green stuff (mange tout, peas, asparagus, broccoli).
    Syns: weekend wine:j

Shame about the laptop, Lois. That must have been so disappointing.

I’m glad you enjoyed your fish and chips, maman. I’m off the batter on takeaway fish supper, but I like it in a restaurant when it is fresh and crispy. I usually choose special fish for takeway now. Oops!

    Great loss, Rosylee.

  • Had my weigh in this morning and I lost 2lbs making a total of 8.5lbs over 4 weeks on plan.

I know it's not a huge amount but it's the most I've lost in a month and feeling full all the time so I see this as a plus.

I'd love to lose 5.5lbs in the next fortnight - whether this is realistic or not I don't know but I'll aim for 3lbs next week
  • Just a quick flyby after WI and happy with a 2 lb off - got into the 13s (13:12.5) - got my 1.5 stone shiney and also my club 10 - so happy bunny today...all that walking paid off - averaged 6-7 miles every day this week - my fitbit has been very complimentary to me lol :j

The best thing about this game is the huge breakfast barm I've made for half time!

B - Bacon, sausage, egg, mushrooms, two hash browns (3) 2 syns worth of ketchup, bursting out of a HEXB barm. Bowl of melon to snack on in the second half.

Later - not sure, Top Bloke has said not to cook for him as he doesn't know what time he will be in and thinks he'll be shattered so will probably buy something from a takeaway and eat on his way home so he can go straight to bed. And chicken cacciatore takes an hour to make and is ten syns and frankly, isn't an effort I'm willing to put in just for me! (Top Boy and dog are at his dad's).

I have salad bits in and some chicken tikka kebabs from Asda in the freezer that are either 0.5 or 1 each, so that might be an option. I hate my meal planner being tinkered with!

No BM today, bar the ironing basket if I decide I can be bothered, I'd already declared this my day off. Why do we always feel so guilty about just taking some time to chill out? There's nothing I *need* to do before tomorrow afternoon yet I'm eyeing up the floor that could do with a wash whilst the dog is AWOL, the sofa covers that I could get line dried today, the baking tray that's the only thing I haven't washed up yet, Top Boy's horror show of a bedroom floor that I've already told him he can clear up himself...

The stereotypical game of two halves there. You should have equalised right at the end Maman, definitely got out of jail there. We are desperate for a keeper who bosses his box.

Gettingthere - excellent work, other than this time round I've never lost more than 8lbs in a month when I've done sw. Add it up and it's 6 stone in a year if you did it each month! I average 5lb a month normally.

Today is not going to be a good day. I didn't sleep more than 2 hours last night, combination of weather, baby and headache. I feel like !!!!! today, have the mother of all headaches and think my period is coming (first one in a yr due to baby). All I can think of is cake and chocolate :(. We are going out for dinner again tonight, for my aunts 70th, and I just looked at the menu and there isn't anything sw friendly that is veggie :$.

    Today so far

B - egg sandwich in wholemeal heb. 1 syn ketchup
L - pasta n sauce, added veg, cheese 2 hea
    Snacks - fruit.
