B - Sausage sandwich (HEXB) and no speed :o sorry Maman

D - Huge ham salad and strawberries

T - Chicken, chorizo and sweetcorn bake (2.5 + HEXA)

    Syns - Weekend wine

Bit wobbly this week but think I've just about stayed within limits.

Our local butcher is doing a deal - 5kg of chicken breasts, 4 x extra lean steak mince and a large rump joint delivered for 43 pounds! Ordered one for tomorrow and I've done a tea planner for the week:

    Tomorrow - Chicken cacciatore
    Sun - Beef dinner
    Mon - Chicken goulash
    Tues - Bolognese
Wed - Garlic, chicken and bacon pasta
Thurs - Top Bloke's day off so leaving that to him
    Fri - Chilli
    Sat - Chicken katsu curry

All syn free, except cacciatore which is 10 for the glass of wine in there, I'll have roughly 1/3 though and the Katsu curry is 1.

Ordered some Kopparberg light from Asda as my branch don't have it, going to have a couple watching the match tomorrow, 8 syns for a 500ml bottle :)

Thanks for your congratulations, well done losers and 'real life' award winners and lots of love to those struggling. Twelve weeks til Christmas, let's all go hard or go home and see how much better we feel in our frocks :)

Hi everyone, sorry I'm not around much, I've been reading the thread at work but not responding as I'm trying not to over use the laptop. After my visit to PC world last week I went back yesterday with a short list of laptops to buy that were within my budget, expecting to get £200 off as part exchange, and the offer had ended the day before so I came home empty handed. :(

Well done to our award winners - Beanie and Ruby :T

Welcome back Mary. Small losses are disappointing but try to imagine your weight loss in food terms like a standard size pack of butter (250g is about half a pound) and then imagine all those half pounds you've lost all piled up. Some people seem to lose large amounts all the time and get to target quickly but we're all different. I think the weight is more likely to stay off if you lose it slowly, so enjoy the scenic route, you'll get there eventually.

The weekend is here again, this week has flown by! I'm looking forward to some wine Syns tonight.

    Have a good one everyone.

I'm thinking about weighing in at a local class at 9.30 on mo day before dad drives us to the airport at 11am but (and this is going to sound totally ridiculous) I feel like I'm cheating on my own class by going to WI at another! How bonkers is that?! But I think I might have lost a lb this week which would mean getting my stone and a half award and if I don't WI this week it'll be ages before I get close again cos I imagine I'm going to gain after my holiday next week.
    I'm being daft aren't I? :rotfl:

Yes you are being daft but understandable.

I would have missed my class WI a few weeks ago but physiologically I knew I had to WI officially otherwise I'd be taking the attitude for the week of what the hell and would pile on the weight.

Members of my class have gone to other classes and got their certificates so I think they are issued.

How have I not been on for 10 days? I am SO slack...sorry guys!

Well I had a 0.5 lb loss last week which I was absolutely fine with, on the back of 4.5 lbs over the previous two weeks, and then this week I lost another 2 lbs meaning I got my 3.5 stone shiny and am now well and truly within the 12 stone bracket! I also (for the first time in 20 years) can fit in a pair of size 12 jeans!

Babysitting for my nephew tonight...he is 6 months old, teething and has a cold. I am not going to get much sleep, I don't think!

I couldn't face class this morning so I weighed in at home and had a totally expected but nevertheless upsetting 2lb gain for the chart please Shala.

Well done to everyone on their losses and awards. Hopefully I'll be able to join you next week. Just need to get my head in the game.
