The stereotypical game of two halves there. You should have equalised right at the end Maman, definitely got out of jail there. We are desperate for a keeper who bosses his box.

Maybe, a bit early to judge Karius though!

Made a big pile of SW chips and onion gravy as the weather has turned here and it's lashing it down and chilly. Loads of fruit in to snack on tonight.

Good efforts, gts and gfb. And so is yours, TIE. :j

Well, our lot threw away a win :(, but the way other results went, we haven’t lost any ground (yet – Hibs play tomorrow ;)). Oh well, at least it was dry and sunny. And I refused the Twix my DH bought for me at half time. :A

But …. I did share a takeaway curry, plus I had about a sixth of a naan bread. So I’ve wiped out my syns savings I planned to make today. :o

    Syns used: 15 Syns saved: 0 Syns carried forward: -15 ½ ?
    Syns balance: - 15 ½

Now I can’t wipe out my Syns debt tomorrow, but at least I’ve not ignored it!

Really stressful week with a couple more to follow so I'm more than happy that I can report a LOSS of 1 lb. I'll take it as its all in the right direction. Really need to stick at this malarkey as blood tests are showing my cholesterol at a rather rubbish 7.
That is a run of losses three weeks in a row so I may just make the challenge .

Confession time last night had chip shop plaice and chips as we were dealing with a huge situation and got home exhausted ....further confession , I ate every scrap of the crispy batter (but I didn't put any mayo on the chips)

Oh dear, last night's meal was definitely not SW Friendly! The only veggie option on menu was pizza. My starter was tempura courgette which was bloody lush, but a tiny portion. The pizza was delicious. And there was homemade chocolate cake for the birthday girl for desert. All washed down with 4 large glasses of wine. *hangs head in shame* :rotfl:

Ah well! Line drawn and back on it today. I'll expect a gain tomorrow.

Seeing as we're flying out tomorrow we have used up pretty much all the fresh food in the house so there is very little speed in my diet at the moment. I put most of the veg left in a huge spag bol last night, so that's something. Breakfast this morning was bacon and eggs. I also have no eggs left!! Not quite sure what to do for breakfast tomorrow. Maybe a bacon sarnie?? Left over spag bol for dinner and possibly lunch today too. I know it's not ideal but I suppose it's better than going into town for a Subw@y or having a takeaway for dinner.
Oh and I have an announcement! Hubby and I have chosen our newest family members!! We're getting 2 5 month old black and white cats. I'll do my best to get photos up as soon as I can.
