I was thinking it looked like beans of some sort in the bbq chicken. I was not off today - we don't get it, can't wait to get home.

It definitely is and I'm sure lois agrees with you.:)

I went out to get my train ticket in advance today so called into Lidl. Canteloupe/galia melons were 59p and a decent size too. Disappointingly, the large jars of cornichons have disappeared.:( What they have now is just large jars of big gherkins like Aldi and very small jars of small cornichons (like the French extra-fines) at an inflated price. It might be worth looking out for own brand ones in France denise or maybe Lidl still do them there.

Those might be olives with the chicken tweets but then it wouldn't be free?? Is it a carton of curry sauce. I'm not a fan myself but I can see that if you could freeze in small portions it could be useful. We'll wait for your reviews, usually far better than SW's own ones.:)

Tomorrow I'm going to London to see the display of the Queen's clothes. Will be eating out with my friend so after breakfast, SW on back burner until Wednesday.:o

Depends whats in chicken if nuts or olives I wont be buying .

I hope they online Saturday for ordering it works cheaper for me ordering online plus I got £6 to spend on my Iceland bonus card before 11th September ;).

Have a nice day in London :)
Will get honest review of me ;) no saying delicious if its yuk lol.

Just ran non-stop for 2 miles. That's a big deal for me cos even though I run a fair bit there's always walking in there. Honestly don't know the last time I ran2 miles solid. So happy!
Got a 5K on Wednesday night so hopefull I can do the same again and not finish last :rotfl:

    Hello! :j

After a couple of weeks of working away, weekends away etc I would like to jump back on the SW wagon. I would like to aim for 11 pounds for Halloween. I have a national job so I'm always on the road, Subway is my best friend!

    Good luck everyone xxx

I really like the subway salads especially when I bring my own pre-measured grated cheese as my HexA

It wouldn't be free with nuts or olives so I can't see them doing that. My best guess is black/kidney beans.

I've had a bit of a snacky hour :o Top Bloke is insisting on making tea even though he's been at work, but he's dozed off, so I left him to snooze, he's got 14 hour shifts tomorrow and Wednesday so he probably needs it!

I had HEXB bread (2 slices of great white, so HEXB + 2 syns) with ham, 2 laughing cow cubes and a smear of Nando's garlic sauce  sounds awful but was really nice. I also had an apple and am counting the lot as 5 syns as the ham was lean. Should keep me going until my lasagne chef wakes up :)

Anxiety is at a high with me :( really need to get a handle on it. I even get anxious waiting for Tesco :o. Tomorrow we have an electric check and have been getting more anxious as the day gets closer :(.
Was awake at stupid o'clock this morning :( doesn't help I still haven't had hospital appointment phone call so stressing over that.
Oh put me out of my misery :o

Same with me today TakeItEazy, thinking of you, there's nothing worse. I've a smear tomorrow too (sorry if TMI) and I've had issues with those before (colposcopy, biopsy, etc) so am dreading that.

I think I am coming round to the idea that my legs are always going to be dire as my leg muscles dont work properly.
So I really need to think about where I am going to go from from here.Mmmmmm.
