    Hello :)

If you mean the SW fakeaway kebab, I use extra lean beef mince and crumble three lamb oxos into it - tastes lovely and much cheaper than asking a butcher for SW lamb mince!

    Great idea topgirl. :T:T

I'm off to Frankie and Benny's on Tuesday, anyone know the best low syn option, or even any of their syn values please?

Maybe stick to the plainer foods like steaks or roast chicken and swap the chips for jacket - they'll probably be cooked in oil but you could just count a few syns for this.

You could check out the salads too just get the dressing on the side, last time I had one there (trying to be good) it was drenched and as many calories as having a pasta dish!

    Bon voyage Candyapple

I didn't get round to posting my menu today, so here it is EE
B - strawberries, hifis (heb) yogurt, coconut flavouring, choc shot (0.5)
    L - BNS, kebabs (2) cheese (hea)
    T - sausages (2) mash, carrots, broccoli, gravy (1)
    S - crisps (4.5) pop corners (4.5)

Feel like I've done really badly today even though I've had more speed than usual :( struggling not to eat naughties as I have PMT!
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

Oh, I went to Frankie & Benny's - I'm pretty sure there is a page on the SW website. I had some sort of spicy tomato based pasta. It was really nice. Let me go have a look and see if I can remember what it was....

....*pops back* That's it the chilli pepper calamari. If you don't like seafood might not be for you but there's another option that's similar without the seafood. Here's the webpage for food optimising at F&B's. Not sure if it will work cos I was logged in as me but it's worth a try

Basically, you can't have any starters, you've got more options for the main and desserts are limited to sorbet if you're going to have anything at all.

Unfortunately it doesn't say exactly how many syns but the only ones to count are the oil used in cooking and the salsa verde on top. I think when I went out I estimated it as 6? It's definitely one of the safer options to have on the menu!

    Hello, Topsymum and dominosue.

    Have a great holiday, candy.

That was a really original birthday you’ve had, beanie; sounds great.

    Sunday’s Sustenance
Breakfast: banana with Onken ff strawberry yogurt (1)
    Snack: caramel Snackajack (2 ½ )
Lunch: hexb ham, xl mayo and tomato sandwich (1), nectarine
    Snack: chocolate ginger (4)
Dinner: roast lamb, potatoes, carrots, spring greens, mint sauce (3)
    Snack: hexa cheese, grapes

When a new challenge starts, I hate having WI on Monday. It is so depressing if there’s a gain!
Oh well, let’s think positive – everything will be fine (fingers crossed). Good luck all, especially if it’s your WI too!

Hello all! Thank you so much for doing the chart (and the SOTW) Shala

I would like 9 lbs off during this challenge.

I have set my final target and I am 13 lbs away. I hopefully will get that over the course of the next countdown (starts on Thursday).

Bit disappointed to STS last week at WI but I was finally coming off some medication so hopefully that will be my body going "eh what" and I'll have a nice loss this week.

    But, onwards and downwards, eh.
We may not have it all together, but together we have it all
