B):o Time for a real change chez Top Girl as I am extremely unhappy with my size atm. I'm not even THAT big, mostly a 14, with a few 16s when needed and I'm 5 foot 6 but with a heavy build. My mummy tummy needs to return to its tomb though. All my favourite clothes are a 12 or thereabouts :( and I simply can't afford any more!

This is exactly where I am! We can do it!

Hi sue.:) Unless you want to share your current weight you certainly don't have to. We just post losses (and gains and STS:(). You can start now even if you haven't joined a club yet. Try looking at the 7 day meal plan on the SW website or at our menus to give you ideas. Do you have much non SW friendly food to eat up or can you feed it to someone else?

I'm on plan today which should balance off tomorrow when I'm out for the day. For those of you determined to push forward to your target then I can only remind you how amazing it is to be there and so worth sticking with the plan to get there. I took the scenic route in that I went off plan for birthdays, Christmas and holidays but otherwise I munched my way through a fair few steak and salad meals in restaurants or put off going out until I had the syns saved. It really is worth the effort!:A

Just put 12 portions of Delia's braised red cabbage in the freezer. It probably has half a syn or less per portion (cooked apple and a bit of Flora light) but it's so little I count it as free.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, 2 fried eggs, mushrooms, slice of ham
L: LO HB steak and fried veg (cooked a small piece of shin with it yesterday to have deliberate LOs:D)
D: chicken stir fry (mushrooms, peppers, courgettes, mange tout, spring onion) with brown rice
Syns: squirt of HP sauce, honey in stir fry

Dry and bright here. I hope you all have a good day although I know it's not a holiday everywhere.:)

That looks very much like a Red day Maman so you could have an extra HEA and HEB if you wanted, assuming the brown rice is a HEB portion.

I used skirt of beef last time I did HB steak and it was gorgeous, so tender. Used skirt as managed to get a couple of packs yellow stickered which was enough to make 6 portions. Unfortunately none left in freezer but will definitely get some more when I get back from holiday.

Another bright, dry and warm day. Virtually no breeze but have a load of washing on the line to dry.

Only another couple days until we go, can't wait!

Morning WI because it's a bank holiday. Happy to say I lost 0.5lb. Bit surprised but very happy as I thought I'd gained a little. Going to keep on mostly as usual. Maybe a few more syns but still trying to keep to less than 10. I'm only a pound and a half away from my 1st 7lb award. So even though I'm maintaining I'm happy to lose a bit and get to bottom end of target range.

I hope everyone is having a lovely bank holiday. Its all been a bit disorganized in Flat Eric world. I keep meaning to get back on track but I forever seem to be putting it off for another day... It doesn't help that my running plans that I was doing so well with before my holiday have gone awry and I haven't got back into it properly yet.

I was wondering if anyone has opted/used the Hairy Bikers paid membership diet thing. I trialed it and thought some of the features were quite motivational but thought it was expensive.

Thankyou for the lovely welcome the other day on the old thread!
So as promised I'm starting anew today with 2 to 2.5 stone to lose.
Slept in so just had a lazy breakfast of 2 weetabix, skimmed milk and a banana.
As a rule I hate using my hea and heb on breakfast (prefer to use them on a good 'supper' in the evenings when I like to munch!)but sometimes needs must!
Not sure what's for lunch or tea yet, enjoying a lovely lazy day and my brain is on a go slow, lol.
I suspect tea though will involve the heck paprika sausages as I know I have a pack in the fridge that need using - I do love those!

Edit:- lunch was jacket potato, ham and tomatoes.

    Hi all

Lovely day here too and we were busy but it's all gone quiet now and the site is looking very empty. We've got 2 more long days as we committed to carry on until the end of August but I've a feeling we'll be twiddling our thumbs a lot until then. I'm looking forward to Sunday when we can have the whole afternoon off - I'm going to be out of here like a squirrel with its tail on fire!

This morning's weigh in was a disappointing STS which is a shame as I really thought I was going to achieve my target in the challenge for once. Never mind, new challenge, new enthusiasm.... :A

    Good luck everyone.

Glad you enjoyed your birthday Beanie... :T

Don't need your start weight Sue, :D I only ever need your results for the week, some people don't mind posting start weights but obviously some people would rather keep it to themselves, which is absolutely fine.

Not that I'm pressuring you Topsymum, but feel free to join the challenge :D if you want.. details are on the first page.

I'm at work today boooooo.. grabbed one of those Naked Noodle pots as I couldn't be bothered to sort out a proper lunch, guess who's regretting that now. :( it's mank.. and I have another one to eat as I bought them on offer the other week. That'll learn me!

    Anyway menu for today
B - overnight oats (heb) strawberries and blueberries
L - naked noodle pot :( and an apple to wash it down
T - meatballs, carrot noodles, spaghetti and passata sauce
    S - crisps (4.5) goodies yogurt (2.5) hifi (if needed 3)

I'll miss class this week due to working late but I'm still determined to keep on track, usually I'd use it as an excuse to go off plan. I have 12.5lb to lose before Xmas to get to my mini goal of 2 stone off..
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.
