    Sorry guys, been missing in action. Think SW is over for me. Just not interested in it at all anyway. Just want to live without the daily thinking about what I can and can't eat and my mood being controlled by the number on the scales.


    I'll pop back in a while and see how you all are.

    Don't be scared RJ! I travelled around Morocco for three weeks (one of those independent group type adventures) and it was wonderful! You'll have a fantastic time.

    Greentiger congratulations on your loss! Great result. I'm glad you had a little celebratory boogie. :D

    lantanna I'm really sorry to hear that. Maybe you just need a break and can get back on the SW wagon in future?

    Thanks for the congrats everyone but well done to Gingerfurball, flutterbyuk25 and greentiger on fabulous losses!

    Have just had one of the apple crumble muller lights and have to say it wasn't too bad. Very similar to the WW Apple tart yogurt, but with the hint of custard and cinnamon. Bit dubious about the rhubarb ones as I hate rhubarb usually but I'm sure I can force them down me somehow.

    Sorry to hear you're feeling down about SW lantanna . I miss your posts but if it's not the right time for you then you need to take a break. Try to keep healthy and at least maintain until you're back in the zone. :A

    Fourth Anniversary 500 Posts Wedding Day Wonder Cashback Cashier
    Well blow me down with a feather I've lost 2 1/2lbs this week. Makes me wonder if the 2lb gain last week wast actually a 2lb gain. Hubby thinks it may be due to the salt in the Chinese the night before and it could also have been the 6.6 miles on the Sunday and a bit of muscle fatigue going on. Anyway, I'm now 1 lb below target and 1 lb away from my 1 1/2 stone award.
