I find the website and app pretty poor for such a large organisation. Oddly enough I typed in chips on the website and it was the first thing that came up!
Unfortunately we've not heard much positive about the online membership either duchy. Maybe once you've got yourself going you can go it alone (with our help of course:)) and won't need to renew.
Sorry about your STS again lois. Do you go back to group this week so maybe get to ask consultant about it? What about a food diary?
It wasn't so much Arsenal that robbed us greentiger but the crazy refereeing decision. I like Arsenal too but am not best pleased that the match report in this morning's paper says more about Arsene Wenger's new coat than my team!:mad:Swansea is my second team and home town club. Delighted for them yesterday as the commentator's were convinced Chelsea would walk it.
Back to SW......
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, (half) HEB toast, 2 fried eggs, mushrooms, ham, HEA milk for drinks

So I was pretty sure I posted my weigh in results on Saturday but clearly didn't!! Must have imagined it!!
I've got an air cast for my arm now I can take on and off so ytook it of for weigh in and happy to report a 4 lb loss I weighed the cast and it's 1 lb in weight - but I'm still calling 4 lb as I took the hit with it on last week for a gain. This takes me to 1 stone and 6.5 lbs off (so close!!)
I also went dress shopping for the wedding we're going to next weekend and I was chuffed to quite easily (not not quite easy - my DD had to hoist me into it lol - very glam lol) fitted this lovely full length navy blue dress...and I felt lovely in it!!
Looking forward to the wedding now as it's Leeds where DS now lives so we get to see him for a couple of days :j0 -
OMG! First weigh in and a massive 6lb loss!!
I'm gobsmacked at that cos I've done sw before so wasn't expecting a big loss wk 1. The only thing I've really cut out is white bread and butter!* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

they are basically potato bread Lois, lovely with scrambled egg (and smoked salmon)
Forgot the whole meal bread when I went shopping yesterday so brunch was a naughty white bread sandwich with cold lamb ,dinner kippers and yogurt (not together).
SW on line is very short on explanations and the IPad app is awful so I may have to dig out my old sheets to work off or write my own prompt sheet. Very disappointing.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
Wow well done Gingerfurball and flutterbyuk25 - fantastic losses!! :T:T0

I tried the SW Chinese 5 Spice stir fry sauce last night and it was horrid! I tasted okay(ish) when I had the ready-meal version but the actual sauce wasn't nice at all. Will go back to my own sweet chilli/soy sauce/ginger combo - it's worth the one point!
I so agree, really horrible.0 -
Well done everyone on your losses!
Weigh in tomorrow before I fly off to sunny Morocco!
Just measured myself which I've been doing since the beginning of August. So it turns out I've lost 3 inches off either leg, an inch of either arm, 3 inches from my waist (dubious about that one!) and 2 inches from around my belly/love handle area! Yay!0 -
Great losses, ruby, flutterby and gfb.
Lovely day here, tweets, but a bit blowy. I wish I was off to Morocco tomorrow, rj.
I suppose Rowan Glen could be just a Scottish brand, Lois. I hadn’t thought about that. They are based in Newton Stewart, which is pretty near to the English border. And I do appreciate you putting me right about the syns.
Well, I am VERY pleased to announce 2.6lbs OFF for a change, shala. Ecstatic! There was a wee bit of BM as I danced around the bathroom this morning. :j:j:j
