  • Really sorry to have to mention this but, has anyone struggled with haemorrhoids as a result of constipation?
This is the third time I've endured this ridiculousness. It's so painful and I'm getting worried now as I fly to Morocco on Tuesday. Just wondering how I'm going to survive the flight!!

Once again, apologies if you were eating whilst reading that!!

Thank you both I was getting a bit worried 2 weeks ago when I had that blip and pm shala how much I put on was :o

Back into target zone :T 2.5lbs off target. Will get there again and below its like a yo yo trying to stay there :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Glad I don't go to classes and do it all by myself ;)
  • Oh yes!

Haemorrhoids are a frequent matter of conversation with my friends

Holland and Barrett aloe vera colon cleanse is gentle and seems effective.

    http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/product/holland-barrett-aloe-vera-colon-cleanse-tablets-330mg-60006475

And this is the best treatment we have found, but expensive!

Of course the correct thing to do if drink more water and eat more fruit and veg but my haemorrhoids don't don't play ball with that theory!! Excuse the pun :rotfl:

On a more SW approach, I find 1 scanbran a day (and lots to drink) is effective too.

Just had the chip sauce curry sauce.
Had it with whole grain rice and chicken.
    So a mock curry really.
Can't make up my mind at all about it.
Has anyone else tried it yet?

  • @ rjhammond91 - if possible trying a coconut oil bath may help it's said - this will be me if the creams and fibre drinks ever stopped working. (have suffered fissures before now)

    Plenty of fluids absolutely.
