  • Don't be too hard on yourself Rebster, your weightloss might catch up with you next week. Have a lovely holiday!

    Welcome to the gang RavenQueen.

Well done MaisieM, Shala, Emmylou and lush on your losses and beanie on your STS. :T

Thanks for all the burger tips, I can't believe I didn't think of just not having the bun - what a plum I am!! I'll give the mushrooms a go too, great idea.

Good luck with WI tomorrow Gingerfurball. I'm weighing in tomorrow too, will be hoping for a STS for me at best unless something miraculous occurs overnight! :rotfl:

Well done, Emmylou, lush, shala and Maisie.

Welcome, RavenQueen. Do I have to curtsey?

I’ve been going naked this season, maman! Maybe that’s why the team’s not been doing so well!

Friday’s Failings – apologies now to all of you!
Breakfast: scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
Lunch out (Italian - where the failing occurred - after a good start, it just got worse and worse): minestrone soup (Roughly chopped vegetable broth topped with tomato and herbs, served with bread), Burger di pollo alla diavola (Spicy chicken burger with roasted peppers, mozzarella and pesto mayo in a brioche burger bun served with skinny fries and a spicy tomato relish), tiramisu (Traditional Italian dessert with sponge fingers, coffee, mascarpone, cream, vanilla and a hint of amaretto)
    Snack: chocolate ginger (4)
Dinner: Had planned roll and LMcC roro but I’d have a cheek! Not hungry at the moment (what a surprise!) I have hexa and hexb, so should manage something syn free later.

Total: an outrageous amount of syns
Banked: - loads Banked Total: less than zero – I am in debt with 2 days to repay

I’m off to scourge myself. See you all tomorrow.

    Good Evening

Welcome newbies good luck on your journey

Tonight for my tea I had the new SW Italian-Style Pork & Beef Sausages they where tasty better than those SW chicken ones _pale_

I will definitely buy them again :)

I have also got the smokey barbecue chicken to try that might be Sundays tea :)

Not got any chip shop style curry to try none in my Iceland :(

I am a long standing SW member, but terrible at following the plan...Really need motivation to stick to it. I lost 4 stone but have regained most of it back. I have a long journey ahead of me - I need to lose 13 stone....a soul destroying number...you would think that would be enough motivation. Today is day 1...again, WI tomorrow, but I am thinking I will just pay and not weigh. Last week was technically week 1, but I gained, so really cannot face a second gain when I haven't really been on plan. Looking forward to getting some inspiration from you all.

Thanks maman, baby group was nice and think DS enjoyed. My treat is a couple of small glasses of wine tonight :D

Change of plan for dinner tonight. I bought YS piri piri chicken in Waitrose. Very nice with loads of spicy sauce and 3.5 syns.
