    Evening all

Happy to say the scales were better this morning. Now I'm going to resist any more sneaky peaks until Monday morning and hope they say the same as they did last Sunday as that would give me my virtual 3.5st award. I always seem to struggle with every 7th pound!

Back at class tonight and really enjoyed it. The consultant has introduced a sparkly pink box - anyone that loses 2lbs in a week puts their name in the box and they can win a years subscription to the SW magazine. Nearly everyone in the room set themselves a 2lb target for next week!

Today has been an SP day, I think the 1st time I've done it properly. I had a grapefruit for breakfast, pea & ham soup with a Heb roll for lunch, pork chops, green beans, carrots and cabbage for dinner. I bought some of the macaroon hifi bars (lovely!) and had one after WI and I'll have the other one later.

Well done rjhammond, great loss. I've never lost that amount in 1 week.

Beanie, you need some tlc and some cotton wool to wrap yourself in. Take care, hope you feel better soon. (((Hugs)))

Hope everyone else is doing okay.

e.t.a. it's not on the icel*nd website but it is on SW's http://www.slimmingworld.co.uk/recipes/smoky-barbecue-chicken.aspx

e.t.a. part 2 - anyone read the recipe - 700g chicken and it serves 2????? That's got to be wrong surely?

That's a crazy amount of ingredients for 2 servings, a whole large jar of peppers, 2 more peppers, the chicken and 400g of mixed pulses....? That's more like 6 servings.

1lb loss for me this week please Shala, pleased enough with that as its only been 4 days, I'm working this Sat so won't make group and had to go tonight instead.

Lois our consultant does the box too but you need to lose 3lbs and you win a free week if she pulls your name out. I have never made it in :o

Might have a walk to Iceland on lunch tomorrow and have a look at the range, they have an offer on to get 6 free Muller lights when you buy 3 meals (I think). Haven't tried any of them yet, any recommendations?

Morning everyone. Feeling a little shaky and teary this morning - my boss literally lost it with our head of department yesterday and the whole thing has pushed me to the edge really. Why can't 2 seemingly adult men just actually communicate with each other? The mind really does boggle. So not I have to essentially manage the team today after about 3 hours sleep while not feeling great. Can't see me lasting out the day really.

Anyway enough of my moaning, on to the food:

B - 2 peaches, FF yogurt, benefit light bar (1/2 HEB)
L - Lentil soup (lentils, spinach, carrot, onion, spices), roasted butternut squash and sweet potato chunks, cucumber and pepper strips, melon and pineapple fingers
D - No idea, maybe something from the frozen SW range and some speed
S - benefit light bar (1/2 HEB), popcorn (4 syns)

Need to fit my HEA in there somewhere but that will depend on what dinner is really. Hope you all have a better day than me, I'm off to cry into my coffee.
