How much peanut butter is 2 syns please Maisie and is it crunchy? I love peanut butter, but have always thought it would be far too high. With the amount I used to use, it probably would be...

I use either Sainsbury's or Morrisons reduced fat peanut butter which is 4 syns per tablespoon but I use half that so 2 syns.

It was good but I think because the mince was so lean it was really dry :(

Forgot to say in my last post, I also got my club 10 award. Only 8lbs from target! Think I might change my target once I've got the 2 stone off.. See how I feel! Xx

    Helloooo all
Just a quick post before bed. In quite a lot of pain with my neck and shoulders today :( thankfully physio starts tomorrow. Went up to Morrisons today and did some body magic as Morrisons is quite a walk from the bus stop. I thought I would struggle but I was surprised how easily I managed it :) it feels like all I've done today is eat! I've eaten so much! It's all good stuff but I just haven't felt full- I ate half a melon earlier all to myself- it was meant for three people- oopsies :o still it's speed though so not all bad!

Morning all! Its another grey and dreary day here, not made any better by the fact I have to drive past Gatwick airport every morning on my way to work. The temptation to just drive in and get the first available flight to somewhere hot was strong today!

B - Fruit platter (pineapple, watermelon, melon, strawberries, grapes), FF yogurt and a benefit light bar (1/2 HEB)
L - LO Chilli con carne with a tiny bit of rice
D - Hunter's chicken (HEA), roasted butternut squash and sweet potato, mixed veg
S - benefit light bar (1/2 HEB), 2 peaches, mini bag of popcorn (4 syns)

Day 1 of the workout programme is done, tonight it's arms I think! Hope everyone has a good day.

    Evening all..

Sorry to hear about your falls Beanie.. hope it's been better today x

:T:T:TAbbafan.. not far to go now!

Surely a cast weighs more than 1.5lbs GFB? it would be interesting to find out..

Welcome back shrimpy and ruby  I've added you both on the chart.

    Talking of which...

SOTW is.... :T:j:TBETTYBOOF:T:j:T with a loss of 4.0lbs!!

    Congratulations!

    :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

*SOTW is the person who has lost the most weight this week, but also had a loss or sts last week.

Oh wow, thanks Shala! I'm still feeling rough (just a virus) so this has really made my day! :)Thank you for all the congrats too, much appreciated.

Well done on your loss MrsR and yours RJ Great work!

Sorry you're so sore beanielou, take it easy.

My home scales haven't budged since my last weigh-in so to avoid my usual "lose a lot, then lose nothing" pattern I'm going to have to be more careful until weigh-in on Saturday. My meals for today:

Breakfast: fruit salad (banana, apple and mixed berries)
Tea with milk (HEA) and sugar (1 syn)
Lunch; carrot & coriander soup, slice of bread (HEB)
Dinner: cottage pie with carrot & swede mash on top (trying to be add a bit more speed)
Snacks: Sweet chilli Rice crackers (5 syns but must be careful as they are very moreish!) Grapes and maybe a choc orange hi-fi bar when sat in front of the TV tonight (3 syns)
Drinks: two glasses of (caffeine free) diet coke and lots of water.
