The challenges last for 2 months Flutterby, so you may want to adjust your target.
LLStart BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.30 -
1st weigh in today after 3 weeks away from meetings and after a fantastic cruise where I ate my body weight in ice-cream and cake!
Gained 6.5 lbs
I stayed to the full meeting and I am braving showing my face here, so I figure that's good.....normally I would slink off!
Can I join the Halloween challenge please - 14lbs is going to be my target!0 -
Thanks Maman, yes it was the mini cravings. Re: the peanut butter, is that a level tbsp or a 'proper' one?
Bacon and mushroom sandwich (HEXB)
D) Frankie and Benny's chilli calamari spaghetti
T) Cottage pie and vegetables
Loads of walking round today, tired out now. Sprawled on the sofa in my shorts watching sky plus.0 -
Weigh-in in an hour... Nervous. I've definitely gained this week. Not eaten enough food after having my mini melt down a few days ago. Not eaten anywhere near enough speed. The only good thing is that I've kept within my syns...
Oh well. Time for an apple!0 -
What's that I was saying about it being rare to have a 6lb gain!:rotfl: Don't worry fozzie That's what holidays are for, glad you had a good time.
That looks like a good menu flutterby . All I'd say is that if you can it's better to stick to Speed fruit. No problem eating bananas or grapes but Speed is generally better for weightloss.
At a guess that'll be a level tbsp topgirl . I've only just had my lunch. I was so hungry that I had the planned meat and veg and then decided to have a bowl of soup. Don't you just love SW!:D0 -
Evening all
Fozzie Thats exactly what I put on a week away in April

Thanks Lois Lane. I'll go for 12lbs then. That looks like a good menu flutterby . All I'd say is that if you can it's better to stick to Speed fruit. No problem eating bananas or grapes but Speed is generally better for weightloss.
Thanks Maman, at moment I have no other fruit in, I have online delivery coming tomorrow with more speed fruit. Bananas are my lifeline at the moment though first thing or middle of night lol, breastfeeding makes you hungry!
Baby decided I wasn't allowed breakfastso I ended up having the omelette with veg, jacket spud and beans for lunch :rotfl:. I had a pasta n sauce for a snack when we got in from a mum's group (I resisted the cakes! :T). Also had 2 mini falafals (0.5syns each).

How strange maman but maybe it happens more often than we think.
We all got a free box of wifi bars today as a goodwill gesture.
That's exactly what happened at the group I went to for weigh and go last week. The consultant was giving out printed slips explaining/apologising and I only met one person with a loss. Fortunately I was (just) within target range but some people were really furious.0 -
Ok so something completely unexpected happened at weigh in.
I lost 5lbs!!0 -
