A shocking day for speed today (sorry Maman )

These new tablets have made me feel tired out
I'll let you off just this once!
Not sure which tablets you have but I took amytryplilene last night to relax my aching back. They really wipe me out and I was still dozy this morning. At least you should get a good night's sleep. :)

maman~~You could also ask your GP about balclofen which is a muscle relaxant & also you can add diazapam as a further muscle relaxant.

Amytriptylene is one of those weird drugs that can be prescribed off label for pain and aches but originally it's an anti-depressant. i was offered it for my insomnia when I was depressed/anxious but I didn't want to take 2 of them.
My psych degree is coming back to me now :D

Thanks both for your advice. Fortunately I rarely get bad back pain but if it becomes more regular I'll ask my GP about alternatives.
Last day of my minibreak from SW. I'm out for tea with a friend then my usual weekend then back on it with a vengeance!
Good luck for tomorrow tie. You'll probably get back into things quickly but I wish you'd talk to your Head about how stressed you get.

Have you accounted for syns in the mayo wiz? You've got plenty to spare.:)

L: ham and beetroot and a JP if hungry enough
D: Chilli con carne with rice and cottage cheese
