A shocking day for speed today (sorry Maman )
These new tablets have made me feel tired out
Not sure which tablets you have but I took amytryplilene last night to relax my aching back. They really wipe me out and I was still dozy this morning. At least you should get a good night's sleep.0 -
maman~~You could also ask your GP about balclofen which is a muscle relaxant & also you can add diazapam as a further muscle relaxant.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Amytriptylene is one of those weird drugs that can be prescribed off label for pain and aches but originally it's an anti-depressant. i was offered it for my insomnia when I was depressed/anxious but I didn't want to take 2 of them.

Thanks both for your advice. Fortunately I rarely get bad back pain but if it becomes more regular I'll ask my GP about alternatives.
